Really fantastic place with a stunning view. Restaurants are 5 minute walking distance once you get to the lobby, great ammnieites with the gym and pool and Mat is really responsive. Great host and nicely decorated place.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at several AirBnbs in Pattaya and Jomtien but Tuenchai’s room was the best. Very clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly, including the TV, which has Netflix, YouTube, and other various channels. The location is excellent, too. It’s about a 15-minute taxi ride from the center of the action but there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés within easy walking distance.

I booked this property for my family of three people (me, my wife, and my kid). Upon arrival to check-in, the security guard with poor customer service was unwelcoming (not friendly at all), and intimidating, making me feel nervous, uncomfortable, and scared. Anyway, the room is clean, and it has all amenities we need, especially a big refrigerator, and a rainwater shower. Importantly, my kid loves water slides at a pool (family-friendly). Only a couple minutes walking distance to nearby convenience store, and pharmacuticle store, is a plus! Overall, my family had a good time here. Centrally located in Pattaya!

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

Well appointed unit in a great building. Host has an office in the building, so she is easily accessible and always responsive if needed. I have stayed in this building many times and would definitely consider this unit again.

The Host is very friendly, Korean, and very polite.He is very punctual, he does not have double standards, and guests need to do the same.A well-behaved little brother ~ The four-piece set in the room is very clean, and the tableware is disposable and hygienic.Great location and great price, close to everywhere, close to bars, suitable for guests who like to party, because Pattaya's nightlife is very rich and lasts until late.There is a lot of food downstairs, and you can see the beach just around the corner by electric scooter.I love this house, the layout of the house is very reasonable.If I come to Pattaya again, I hope I can stay in this house.The point is, I like the base apartment.

I was thoroughly impressed with The Orient Resort and Spa! Compared to the Yensabai Condotel, the Orient is a great upgrade. The hotel is a bit far from Walking Street but I was able to explain other parts of Pattaya.

Stephan was very accommodating and kind. The place is great, perfect location and affordable. I highly recommend the place.
