Monthly Rentals in Myōshōji River

Hide and Aya were friendly, helpful hosts. Their place was very convenient for getting to the subway in the morning. They gave us some great restaurant recommendations that gave us a true Japanese experience and served delicious food.

We have travelled to numerous countries and this airbnb, by far, has topped them all. From the kindness of the host to the location of the airbnb, everything exceeded our expectations. She was always willing to help us in any way she could. She would even give us snacks and water on most days. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, all thanks to her quick assistance. There are amazing restaurants nearby along with several convenience stores with a 7/11 just being a 1 minute walk away. This airbnb is a 2 minute walk from the train station which allowed us to travel around Tokyo very easily. This place is well equipped with amenities such as a hair dryer, steamer and a washing machine which enabled us to do our laundry free of charge. We highly recommend this place to everyone and we look forward to staying with them in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The location was also super convenient (the station was near and there are many restaurants and shops around)!

GOOD: - Syuka is very responsive. We booked almost a year ahead and she was very responsive regarding all our questions. - Room was clean, had all the listed amenities and all were working (we used the microwave and washer pretty often). The place is also in a quiet neighborhood so good for relaxing. - Accurate description of how to get to the place so it was easy to find. - Place is near a grocery store. TO TAKE NOTE: - Bed already dips in the middle and needs replacing IMO - Check-in and check-out times are relatively inflexible, so only book if the check-in and check-out times match your travel schedule - No luggage storage before or after your stay. - Listing says that it can accommodate up to 3 people, but I would not recommend it. The room is just the right size for 2 people + luggage on the floor - They will not accept packages on your behalf. - This room is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are narrow.
