Welcome To Yannis. This studio has a small kitchenette for minor cooking, toaster, and kettle. Air-con , Fridge, T.V , Wiifii and hairdryer. A small, private outside balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Built into the side of the hill, and under our other rooms, due to its structure has a lower than normal ceiling. The bathroom has no window but has an automatic air extractor. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to town, and 10 min walk to beach. Bookings only accepted if you are over 21

Sea and Sun ll

Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (keep in mind the bumpy,rocky,dirt road, car/ATV always recommended). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.

Great place to stay right near the bus stop, they take great care giving amazing recommendations on what to do around the town! The home is also nicely built and is cozy!

Caroline’s place is a heaven of tranquility yet not far from the beach and restaurants. The views from the terrace are great , overlooking the bay , slightly high up. The little house has everything you need with a very confortable bed and was a perfect place to explore from and have a nice break. Public transport is available into Chora from the end of the road but we rented our own to be able to explore other parts of the island as recommended by Caroline. Mick was a lovely host welcoming us when we arrived and is right next door. We would absolutely recommend this place. Many thanks to Mick and Caroline !

The Hideout Villas were super wonderful to stay in! Very private but close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The villa was very tidy and as described. It was easy to communicate with the host. The stay would have been even better if breakfast was included.

Sea and Sun 1 is a beautiful house near Milotopos. We had a party of 3 staying as well as working during our visit and the house was the perfect size for us to separate out when we needed privacy. The wifi worked well in most areas of the house and Maria even supplied us with a backup, if needed. The views and sunsets are unbeatable but you do need to have a car/ATV to get up the unpaved road (as mentioned in the listing). One thing to note: the bathroom in the master bedroom is quite small but the main bathroom makes up for it. Maria was very responsive and helpful with recommendations around the island. We would stay here again for future visits to Ios.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a few days and were blown away. Definitely beyond expectations and very romantic. Hugh was a great host and extremely accommodating, the apartment was spotless , and the views are to die for.

A charming white structure features the name 'GALINI' prominently displayed. Lush greenery and vibrant pink flowers frame the entrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Soft lighting illuminates the pathway, accentuating the stone wall that surrounds the property.

We had a lovely stay! Mrs Bernice was super kind and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Everything was clean. Also, great location, walking distance from the beach and port but still very quiet.
