Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Mikonos

When looking for a place in Mykonos, we knew we wanted to be near the beach but also, off the beaten path and away from nightlife. We ended up getting exactly that and more! The Thalasses Villas are on the opposite side of the island overlooking Kaflifati Beach which was a short car ride down the mountain or a simple stroll by foot. The property provided complimentary transfers upon our arrival at the port and for our departure to the airport. We were even connected with a local rental car company that brought our vehicle to us. Daily cleaning service was provided and any questions we had were answered before we even put our phones down. There was a mini market not far from the beach that had all the essentials we needed for our stay. There’s really nothing more I can say about this space other than, Book it! I can see this location becoming very popular in the near future as people start to venture to that Side of the island.

The host was very friendly and hospitable from the beginning when she came and welcomed us warmly at the port after we got off the ferry. The location is an oasis of greenery and serenity contrasting with the surrounding landscape. In the location you can find all the utilities you have and at home, very good quality furniture, large, spacious and clean rooms with a green terrace in front of the room and two gorgeous palm trees. we will always remember with pleasure about this holiday and from the perspective of the accommodation. If we come back, we would definitely want to stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at Sugar Blue! We had a group of 7 and Katia was very helpful with recommendations and helping us plan. They even held our luggage for a bit after checkout and before our ferry. The view off the balcony is amazing and both Katia and her husband were extremely polite and friendly.

One of the best holidays 4 of us have had and this was a big part of it. Massive thank you to Alex and Akis who run the place and made the holiday better. Property was so clean and we got a daily clean of the apartment with sheets and towels which we didn’t expect. Pool area is amazing with unreal scenery and so clean with a great restaurant area to match where you can get really affordable food and drinks made to order. Every place we need to go to was a short drive away. Can’t recommended this place enough and thanks for the memories. Will be going back for sure!

We had last minute glitch and happened upon this property the night before we were arriving in Mykonos. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Anna and Eva were. Our villa was fully equipped with everything we could have wanted. It was absolutely lovely with so many personal touches! I loved that they had a bar and a small beautiful restaurant area around the pool. Anna offered so many home made items each day, and everything we had was delicious! I didn’t realize that we had breakfast included which was a nice surprise and had a wonderful presentation. It was the perfect balance - yogurt with honey and granola, fresh fruit, eggs, a basket of fresh bread with marmalade and fresh coffee. If we felt like something different there were many other things on the menu. Anna and Eva really make you feel like family and we enjoyed many conversations with them. They also were very helpful with car/ATV rentals, airport transfers and other restaurant and sightseeing options! We will be back!

If anything, the description undersold this place. It is awesome and in a perfect location. The staff is wonderful, especially Eirini. She is sweet and cute and very helpful.

Kostas was extremely kind and generous. When we arrived he sat downstairs with us and gave us a thorough overview of local restaurants, bars, and beaches both in Ermoupoli and around the island. He also let us know about the international film festival happening at the time which we had a great time at. The house was beautiful and clean with two lovely balconies overlooking the city. There was also a shared courtyard which was beautiful. The courtyard also came with a sweet kitty which we loved spending time with. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely return!

the views are magnificent from the 1st floor, easy parking, good bedding for 4 people in the apartment of 5 people, maintenance during the living room, access by car (stony roads), the sea is very close by on a slightly steep path.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 week. The host is super friendly, helpful and always available for any tips. He gave us free transfer from and to the airport. The apartment is full furnished and pretty close from the center(15 mins walking). We really enjoyed the stay. I truly recommend this place!

Aggelos and his family were perfect hosts. Flexible with accommodating us for an early arrival at short notice. The location has stunning views of Mykonos, and the bay, especially at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Amenities are great - outdoor bar and pool, and breakfast available ( breakfast €12.00 at time of this review). Lela is a marvelous host with beautiful accommodations! You will feel cozy and cared for when you choose this guesthouse. The stay is very close to the port and Lila helped us arrive with ease. Her recommendations were superb and the house itself is stunning:)
