All important points of contact are close by. Supermarket, bakery, post office, ... everything is 2 minutes away by car or 20 minutes away on foot. The bus stop is also right next to us. Dining options are each a 2-minute walk from the apartment. For hiking you can go directly from the house, for example, our local mountain - Brüggele - from which you have a great panoramic view. Or our beautiful waterfall. From 3 nights in summer there is the Bregenzerwald card - free cable cars and bus rides.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Die Gästetaxe von 1,85 € pro Gast und Nacht sind im Preis inbegriffen

The vacation apartment is located in the middle of the Bregenz Forest in the sunny municipality of Lingenau. With its 35 sqm of living space, it can accommodate two people. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with a kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjoining green meadow.

Geniesse entspannte Tage in unserem neu renovierten gemütlichem 25m2 Studio-Apartment für 2 Personen. Unser Haus liegt im Zentrum von Langenegg, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Von hier aus erreicht man die Skigebiete Hochhäderich und Schetteregg (20min)sowie Mellau/Damüls (30min) und innerhalb von einer halben Stunde ist man in Bregenz am Bodensee.
