Impeccable accommodation! Beautiful decor! Simply PERFECT! We came as a family with our 3 teenagers, they loved it, everyone had their space, we had a lovely stay. The accommodation is located in a charming village where there is a good restaurant (at the old wells). We feel safe, the locals are warm. Beautiful walks along the canal to reach the beaches. The car was not useful to us during the stay... Everything comes together for a lovely vacation. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy some good relaxing time with our family.

Very good family weekend! Charlotte and Mathias were very available to facilitate our stay. The house is very nice for young and old.

The house was perfect for 10 people: large and very well-equipped. Nothing is missing!! And everything is planned and designed to accommodate at least 10 people! It's lovely. The decoration of the renovated part is really nice. It feels really good, like home!! We celebrated Christmas there as a family, a tree was even set up there! The large room allows everyone to meet without being cramped, and to go about different activities… Thanks for letting us arrive in the early afternoon to organize New Year's Eve! Only small downside, the heating had just been turned on when we arrived… and the house took several hours to reach a suitable temperature… the large room is heated by a wood-burning stove… which we had to light. Only one bathroom out of the 3 has heating... when the outside temperatures are negative... One is unusable and the second… is very cool….

The property was exactly what we wanted for our 4 week getaway. It was a home from home, comfortable, had all the amenities that we needed for such a long stay. The place was very clean and we were offered a complementary house and pool clean while there too which was arranged for a time convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and the showers warm and powerful. Our host was very responsive with answers to any questions that we had. They increased the temperature of the pool so that it was comfortable for our baby to swim in it and when the weather temperature dropped they were responsive in switching the property from air conditioning to heating. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Olivers place.

We had a great time in Julien's place in a great location, close to the sea, in a very quiet and secure residence. The apartment is well equipped, with a new kitchen, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is the second time we've been there, and we'll definitely be back. The only small downside is the lack of a blind and a good umbrella to take full advantage of the terrace, and the table as well as the chairs in the garden furniture would be worth replacing. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this rental!

Very pleasant stay for 3 adults in Martine's accommodation. The equipment is complete, the layout very functional, clean and tasteful. The quiet and friendly environment. Martine welcomed us very kindly and we immediately felt on vacation.

We stayed in this apartment for over 2 months and everything was great. Location is awesome. The apartment has everything you need, very cozy and clean and you can reach everything on foot. Great food options in front of the door. In the evening it is a bit noisy as there are many bars nearby but otherwise it was great. Nathalie and David were very great hosts, helpful, always available and very friendly. Thanks again for that! We recommend the apartment to everyone!

The hosting by Arnaud went very well, we discovered the place by walking with him. The site is huge and yet nature surrounds us. The tennis courts, pool and bowling greens are very accessible. The presence of a bus at the foot of the residence gave me the opportunity not to drive and to be able to visit Montpellier without worries. This accommodation is just perfectly suited for a stay in Hérault to discover the nearby and distant sights! Arnaud and Nathalie are very good hosts, thanks to them we stayed comfortably in this beautiful area. Thanks again for all the attention you've given us!

We stayed in this apartment for a few days for a bachelorette party and the bride-to-be was very happy with our choice! Numerous beds available and no one had to sleep in the living room as is often the case. Great for a group stay.

Very nice accommodation, it feels like home. New and modern neighborhood. Close-by tram, shops and restaurants. We chose it because it's close to Sud de France train station and Sud de France Arena. But the center is also easily accessible and quickly by tram. We had a small problem on arrival but Sanda was very responsive, a host we can count on, thank you :)

An apartment enjoying a great location in a quiet residence with garden views. We enjoyed everything without moving the car from the garage. Arriving at night thanks to Cathy's very clear explanations we had no problem finding and retrieving the keys. The bedding was comfortable and the apartment clean we will rent again if we have to return to Le Grau du Roi without hesitation.

Pleasant apartment from the entrance we are seduced by the layout and cleanliness. Then the location of the apartment took our breath away, view of the beautiful sea🤩 🤩 🤩.... as advertised. Sandra was great, the communication was perfect and the info was very complete. We enjoyed the stay and if possible we would like to come back for another vacation. 😊
