Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately at ease and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Admittedly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external factors mean that this is not always possible. But the feeling of living in symbiosis with nature makes you forget these small disadvantages.

The accommodation is rustic, it looks like you're staying at your grandmother's, but for the price, you have to be honest, there's everything and it's really very good. If I come back to the area, I'll gladly go back to Joep's, if he wants me ;-)

The house is very nice and is very quiet on the outskirts. You can head straight from the house to hikes and mountain bike tours and enjoy the evening sun on the terrace when you return. In the morning, the sun hides behind the hill in late summer until about 10 a.m., then it was still a little fresh to sit outside. The bakery can be reached in about 2 minutes by bike, as well as the market on Mondays and Saturdays as well as some small shops. The region is very varied, from various river valleys and reservoirs to vineyards to wild hill and mountain scenery, there is everything. We were on foot or by bike every day and were always enthusiastic about the brilliant lighting moods that made the landscape even more beautiful. And that you can be on the road for hours without meeting anyone. For nature lovers, Bedarieux is a perfect starting point, even if the place itself doesn't have too much to offer.

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

Very nice apartment with a small balcony ideal for enjoying the magnificent view of the village and the surrounding hills. We had a lot of friendly exchanges with our host who gave us lots of good advice . Very nice walks or bike rides in the area so ideal for an extended weekend.

Arrived safely, small communal parking for 6 cars maximum so can sometimes be a problem to park if you arrive with three cars. We had no problem with two cars. Warm and charming accommodation, magnificent view, satisfactory home equipment. Very cool, we didn't need to use the air conditioning when it was 32 degrees outside. A little rooster stays next door and will not fail to remind you of the time, sometimes very, very early (4:30 a.m. every night and then every hour). A little reminder to close the windows and continue your night in the countryside! In terms of shopping and local activity, you will need to take the car in all circumstances because the options on foot are extremely limited. But it goes hand in hand with the quiet location, without city lighting, allowing you to admire the celestial vault and shooting stars.

We had a blissful week in this amazing house. Mette described it perfectly. We loved everything about it, particularly sitting on the terrace watching the hundreds of rock martins (?) dancing around in the sky. The view is spectacular! Brilliant location- so much to explore. We are coming back next year!

We were warmly welcomed by Renata who provided us with all the useful information for our stay. It went well in a comfortable space and exceptional bedding. This situation makes it possible to radiate in the region and find yourself in peace at the end of the day. I can only recommend Renata's place.

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay in Beziers! The apartment really made it for us, with the terrace overlooking the canal and how modern and spacious it was. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk into the town, where there were plenty of great restaurants and shops. Dorian was kind enough to pick us up from the airport and allowed us to check in earlier/leave slightly later, which was really helpful! Thank you! We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Beziers.
