Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We were 6 + a toddler. The villa was easy to find. Unfortunately, the person who was waiting for us on site only spoke Croatian. But with hands and feet, you could still communicate well. Check-in went smoothly. The villa was in pristine condition, we felt comfortable right away. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room, unfortunately the cool air does not reach the 3 bedrooms. That's why it was pretty warm at night. Upon request, we received a travel bed and a high chair. The location is a bit outside, but you know this in advance, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, everything was a 5/5

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

What a lovely family. They'll leave you totally alone unless you need them, and they'll be there for you right away. The view of the sea in beautiful. Its sunsets are phenomenal. The garden is full of different fruits. Who the owner lovingly gives to you. We'd love to come back.

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

perfect apartment and host

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It is also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

The best accommodation in Zadar, with incredible views of the old town and plenty of places to eat just a few minutes' walk away. Gordan's service was excellent. I highly recommend this great accommodation. We will definitely be back!

Toni was very helpful and friendly. We were 10 there. The place is 15 minutes from Zadar - Uber come (98% of cases). Otherwise there is practically nothing in the village, but perfect for days by the beautiful pool! We had a great time!

We had a great stay at Dinos. It was perfect for the 2 of us for a few days. It's in a quiet part of town and don't be put off by the outside areas. We felt safe. The flat was clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The old town was 10mins walking distance away. The beach was a little further (20-25mins) fine if you like to walk and only about €5-6 in a uber. There were a few nice cafe bars and restaurants around which were very welcoming if you didnt fancy a walk into town on an evening. All in all a very pleasant stay and if we do return to Zadar we would be looking to book with Dino again. Added bonus he let us drop our bags with the cleaner after our early morning flight and then we could check in at 1pm. Thanks again.

Anita’s place is a beautifully kept villa and she was more than accommodating throughout our stay.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again immediately for a vacation.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Ante was a great host. The place was extremely clean and tidy. We were greeted with a plate of cold cuts and homemade schnapps. He also gave us tips on what to do nearby. What we really liked was the private location without direct neighbors. We can only recommend Ante and the place.

We were very warmly welcomed by Mirjana and Mladen and felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. The large property is designed with a lot of love for detail – romantic, quiet and just perfect for relaxing. The accommodation is wonderfully integrated into nature and offers a unique atmosphere.
