Egal, ob du im Wohnzimmer, am Esstisch, auf der Terrasse, im Garten oder im Whirlpool bist – überall genießt du einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft.

Mitten in der Natur- nur 15 min von einem wunderbaren kleinen See entfert (Furtner Teich) Gelegentlich gibts dort ein ornitologisches Frühstück… Wandern - ist direkt vom Ferienhaus aus möglich! So zB auf die Burgruine Steinschloss und der Golfplatz ist weniger als 1 km vom Ferienhaus entfernt… Schön ist es die Gegend mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Das Schigebiet Grebenze ist mit dem Auto in nur 10 - 15 min erreichbar!

Our vacation home is in a quiet location but is still very easily accessible because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails in the forest also start right by the house. The house is very spacious and built very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers tranquility, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

Direkt vor der Haustüre beginnen die Wanderwege, das schneesichere Skigebiet Grebenzen ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auf der großzügigen, teilweise überdachten Terrasse hört man das Rauschen des nahegelegenen Gebirgsbaches, Sonnenanbeter kommen hier voll auf Ihre Kosten

The alpine hut is in a secluded location at an altitude of 1000 m and offers guests a magnificent view, surrounded by coniferous forests and lush alpine meadows, which are grazed by cattle and calves. The hot pot provides wellness moments in the middle of nature. During the stay, our guests can become chicken owners and enjoy the fresh organic eggs daily. And also a small indoor playground with table tennis, table soccer..... means there is no boredom.

With a view of the nearby ski area and the imposing Zirbitzkogel, end your ski day in the outdoor whirlpool. Of course, a good glass of wine is not to be missed.
