There is a shop + café and a restaurant (open Fri. to Tue.) 200 m away. The large garden is for playing, eating and relaxing. In about 1.5 km the beautiful swimming lake and 2 tennis courts. There are hikes in our beautiful mountains and on our cultivated alpine pastures. The Red Bull Ring for F1 and Moto GP is about 40 minutes away.

Many guests with children often spend whole days at the natural swimming lake. The lake is a 20-minute walk from the house. It is idyllically located between meadows and forest. Access is free. A kiosk offers various small dishes and ice cream, next door is a restaurant. For children, the castles and castle ruins of the surrounding area are also attractive: the Steinschloss ruins, the castle town of Friesach (20 km), the spectacular Hochosterwitz Castle near St. Veit (about 40 km).
