We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Our cozy Zirbitzhütte with sauna and fireplace is located right on the edge of the forest with wonderful views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Natural Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. Right at your doorstep, the hiking trails start, the snow-sure ski resort Grebenzen can be reached in minutes. On the spacious, partially covered terrace, you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshippers will get their money's worth here.

House Sunshine in Lachtal

A small house in the forest. enjoy and watch the fire in the open fireplace. Still take advantage of the luxury of central pellets heating. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils for magic of a menu. Enjoy beautiful moments on the sun terrace, this is completely secluded. 5 minutes by car to the ski lift, or start directly with the touring skis away from the cabin. After a wonderful winter day, warm up in our sauna. Or start a funny tobogganing....

Active Chalet

Our modern active chalet in the beautiful Lachtal has 4 double rooms, 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances. Dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is stocked with pine wood beds, for a good and healthy sleep. The chalet is easily accessible by car, but we recommend bringing snow chains in winter.

Right on the edge of the forest is our cozy wooden house. With peace and good air, the relaxation can start immediately. There is a sauna and a conservatory. You are undisturbed in the spacious garden part or with a cozy get-together in the beautiful garden pavilion. From the front door you can hike the Grebenzen Nature Park. Well-maintained hiking trails and best air values are available on site.

Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet is new and was just completed in January 2019. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
