The Axter Hütte, which is actually a chalet, is located in an easily accessible secluded location in Reichenfels in the beautiful Lavanttal in Carinthia at 1330 m above sea level and is an excellent starting point for relaxed ski tours and hikes. The Obdach ski resort is about 20 minutes, the Klippitztörl ski resort is about 30 minutes and the Koralpe ski resort is about 45 minutes by car. The self-catering hut is located at about 1350 m above sea level. Particularly suitable for couples or families with up to max. 4 children. An ideal starting point for hikes on the Zirbitzkogel or child-friendly hiking trails start right outside the door. No single location, but large garden with terrace, a nice sauna, solar shower outside and additional dining area in the garden by the fireplace. The cabin is strictly non-smoking and unfortunately animals are not allowed.

Experience special moments in this unique place to stay. Our vacation home is in a quiet location but is still very easily accessible because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails in the forest also start right by the house. The house is very spacious and built very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers tranquility, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

Relax in this special, energy self-sufficient accommodation. In the middle of nature - only 15 minutes from a wonderful small lake (Furtner Teich) Occasionally there is an ornithological breakfast... Hiking - is possible directly from the cottage! For example, the castle ruins of Steinschloss and the golf course are less than 1 km from the cottage... It is nice to explore the area by bike. The Grebenze ski resort can be reached in just 10 - 15 minutes by car!

Time out in the mountains Our self-catering mountain hut at 1170 m above sea level is a special place – secluded, quiet and full of history. Built in 1770 and once used as a farm, it still radiates the charm of times past. Here you will find real cottage life - crackling wood, a small stable, a wonderful secluded location and nature that invites you to breathe deeply. At the foot of the Grebenze, a place awaits where you can retreat and regain your strength.

The alpine hut is in a secluded location at an altitude of 1000 m and offers guests a magnificent view, surrounded by coniferous forests and lush alpine meadows, which are grazed by cattle and calves. The hot pot provides wellness moments in the middle of nature. During the stay, our guests can become chicken owners and enjoy the fresh organic eggs daily. And also a small indoor playground with table tennis, table soccer..... means there is no boredom.

Chalet Bergblick

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the middle of the nature park Zirbitzkogel Grebenzen. With a view of the nearby ski area and the imposing Zirbitzkogel, end your ski day in the outdoor whirlpool. Of course, a good glass of wine is not to be missed. Skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, indoor golf and tobogganing in winter or rather hiking, horseback riding, golfing and swimming in summer? Decide for yourself what you like.

Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with wonderful views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep, the snow-safe Grebenzen ski resort is a few minutes away. On the spacious, partially covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshipers will get their money's worth here

Waldhütte KOSAK | Secluded location on the Alm

Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wild and romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, just a short drive via a private forest road from Trofaiach. In the cozy farmhouse parlor, a table stove awaits you, providing cozy warmth. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: Since May 2025 with shower & toilet!
