Very nice house and equipped to comfortably accommodate a large family. Plenty of space and all the comforts you need (the photos don't quite do justice to the space available!). Quiet environment, easy street parking and local shops within walking distance. Responsive host despite our late arrival. A very pleasant family Christmas!

Good hosting by Karine and her partner. The accommodation is quiet and well located in relation to the sites to visit: Doué la Fontaine Zoo (15 min), Saumur (30 min), troglodyte sites, castles... We were very pleased with our stay.

My stay at this place went very well. The accommodation is clean. And the landlord is very nice.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was as advertised and in addition we were very well received with the bonus of a small fireplace that was waiting for us which was very nice. I highly recommend it.

We travelled as a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 3 and 6. They absolutely loved the swimming pool, tropical garden with the birds and spending time looking for frogs around the 2 lakes. Julien was very attentive, making sure we had everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible as well as fishing rods for our children to have a go on their lake. It was a bit tricky to have the kitchen in a separate building but understand this is under construction. The grounds are beautiful, very peaceful in a serene countryside setting, the property was clean with comfy beds. We spent time visiting neighbouring towns, Chateaubriant market, Nantes town followed by a relax in the pool and dinner outside by the lake. Would highly recommend.

Our weekend with cousins went really well. Sophie's place lends itself very well to family gatherings. It has everything you need to have a good time!

We spent a weekend in Elodie's home, everything was in accordance with the descriptions of the listing we were able to enjoy the outdoors as well. Tastefully decorated home. Elodie provides the essentials for the bathroom, kitchen... thank you for these touches. Élodie is responsive to messages and provided us with the necessary directions for check-in and checkout. For a future stay we will come back without hesitation.

Excellent hosting. The cottage is perfectly as described. The exchanges with Jonathan and Maeva were very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the environment because we left in the morning at night and we returned in the evening after dark but the setting is very peaceful. I recommend it without hesitation!
