Villa vacation rentals in Muratpaşa

The villa was clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies needed for a week-long stay. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. The location was phenomenol - situated in the old town with shopping, restaurants, and all amenities just minutes away. We knew from previous reviews to expect music thumping from a nearby night club, so we were prepared for it. The bathtub on the top floor had very low water pressure, so it was tricky to use the shower head, but there are 2 other showers in the villa for use. The host was prompt to respond to any communication, and accessible within minutes, if needed. A perfect stay for our group of 8 (4 couples).

We had a great time at this villa, felt like own home. Emir arranged free airport transportation for us which was very helpful. The villa is spacious, clean and secure. the caretaker is also very nice behaviour. Though he has difficulties in communicating in English, he could manage well and always available. The pool is very nice and clean. The treadmill was not operational so we didn't use. The TT , basketball and other facilities are nice . Lots of plants around the villa which makes the house more beautiful. All kitchen appliances and cookware available. We are satisfied and will recommend this property to others as well

The place was really amazing and Victoria was really helpful with everything required. The place is really amazing for holidays and to lovely time with friends and family.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Mehmets place. We got a taxi from dalaman to the air b and b and we didn’t arrive until 1am. Mehmets brother spoke on the phone to our taxi driver for directions and met us at the villa which was amazing at that time of night, he even offered to go get us food and water. There is lots of takeaway options open til 2am if you are a late arrival. Taxi into kalkan is about 5 min drive, 200 lira. Beautiful beach clubs and beaches around and lots of excursions to book in the town. We recommend kalkan beach park and Mahal beach club. My partner wanted to watch the football at the villa and Mehmet came round and sorted this for us, he was very helpful and so lovely, as was his brother. The villa is beautiful and so spacious. There is a few super markets close by including a large migros market. Washing machine was helpful and fridge is big. Please note this villa is not near Antalya you will enjoy kalkan instead.

We had the pleasure of staying with friends at Zehra and her mother's this week. Zehra had already made herself very available before our arrival by giving us a lot of information about things to do in her beautiful area, sometimes even taking care of reservations.  Despite a late arrival, an excellent meal was waiting for us at the house with very neat table setting. The contact the next day proved to be as good as the first exchanges.  We had breakfasts prepared by her every morning and even a dinner. All the dishes were of excellent quality.  The house offers a great view of Sidé and the coast.  The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  Indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, practical and superb. The pool is incredibly large. In short, something to delight as many people as possible. Thank you again Zehra for this wonderful stay, your hospitality and kindness. We already miss your dishes.

Very pleasant experience, peaceful place

I loved my stay at Emine villa. It’s new and modern, all very clean and with all necessary for have a pleasant time. The garden and pool with sun from morning till evening and no any neighbours around the area of garden, then you can enjoy it really calm. City center and beach are 2-3 minutes on car and Emine is welcoming and very reactive to answer for any questions. I recommend if you want a nice stay to book that villa.

Fantastic host! He was responsive with all everything we asked and we asked a lot! Sent someone for help instantly. The whole accomodation is as it looks on the pictures and kept up to beautiful standard. would 100% recommend if you have a large group!

Very beautiful villa, close to land of legends and local restaurants as well as shopping stores the host was very helpful and was in touch with us regarding anything we need and recommending places to us.

Wow, what an amazing place. The location was just superb. The house was clean spotless. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the layout is just great. Probably one of the best places i've stayed at. Could'nt have asked for a better place in Antalya! And the host was super nice and attentive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and I plan on going back next summer.

Nice place with peace and quiet. There is also a shared pool, where there is also a smaller restaurant with fair prices.

Just returned from a great holiday, Gem the manager arranged all our bookings for car hire, restaurant's, and activities and made some great savings for us. Gem also provided information regarding the best places to go. The Villa was large and spotless and the facilities where excellent especially the pool. Gem provided us with inflatables for the pool, so most evenings we where playing volleyball in the pool. Whilst the villa was excellent the best part of the holiday was Gem the manager, he couldn't do enough for us. He was only a call away, we would call him when we arrived at a restaurant and pass the phone to him so he could speak to restaurant owner and get discount. Top guy and Top holiday. Will definitely return.

The house is nicer than the photos. It's centrally located. The house is 3 floors and has a tremendous atmosphere. We were so satisfied that it's hard to describe:)

Ms. Gülbahar greeted us with a smile and friendly, even helped us with grocery shopping, the house was perfect, the items used in the kitchen , garden and all corners of the house were of good quality, the pool was spotless, the barbecue in the garden was great, 10 minutes drive to Land Of Legens and we had a lot of fun there in the evenings, thank you for everything

Me and my friends stayed here for some days. It was great stay, everything works well and clean. Asia and Valeria were very welcome and always helpful. We have enjoyed time near pool. Would like to stay for more days

Highly recommend. We loved the location the most, it's quiet and the playground right across the house, which is great! The host responded quickly to messages and was always quick to resolve the issue. The huge clothes dryer is a big bonus in the house. Heated pool which is perfect in cold weather for kids.

We loved our stay at Saadet's villa. She and her husband Ufuk were wonderful hosts, they warmly welcomed us upon arrival and provided plenty of helpful tips about the house and the surrounding area. The villa itself is breathtaking - practically brand new, spacious with high ceilings, and every room is beautifully designed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The garden and pool area are fantastic, the ideal place to relax on a sunny day and enjoy a barbecue using the provided gas grill. There’s space to park two cars, and the villa is fully air-conditioned with electric shutters to block out the sun. Its location is perfect, surrrounded by mountains and just a short distance from the city. We couldn’t recommend this property and its hosts highly enough. 100% perfect!
