There are two rooms in my apartment. One of them is a luxurious bedroom, the second is a large living room with an American kitchen. The furniture is all new, looks perfect. Very clean, after a fresh renovation. The apartment is on the second floor, a quiet street. No car noise. The apartment has two balconies, one bathroom. Accommodates a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen has a fridge, all the dishes, a microwave, a stove, and the air conditioners work perfectly. There is hot water. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is parking.

Our Villa is very secure and to get to the Villa, it is necessary to pass through 2 separate doors with a key. We also have a doorman at the property 24/7. If you don’t need him, he won’t be around so you will have privacy. Our Villa is has 3 floors. Our property is 2000 m2 and consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and 3 living rooms, an outdoor sitting area and an open pool, and a football field!
