Our three night stay at Alessandra's apartment was one of the best AirBnB experiences we have had.The apartment is perfect for everything. If tou want to cook meals it has everything you need in the kitchen but also the vast range of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area means you have two great choices for food. Alessandra is a brilliant host and replies to messages instantly which I find very reassuring.She gave us so much information and recommendations for food(Which we followed and were not disappointed) All in all Alessandra is a wonderful host with a gorgeous apartment in beautiful area of Venice and we will definitely stay with her again when visiting. We absolutely loved our stay at Olivia’s beautiful apartment in Venice. Everything was exactly as described — even better! Olivia is a wonderful, warm-hearted host who made us feel at home from the very first moment. We were greeted with a lovely welcome gift, and every detail in the apartment shows how much care she puts into making her guests feel comfortable. The rooftop terrace is simply stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine while soaking in the Venetian atmosphere. We also appreciated Olivia’s great local restaurant recommendations; we discovered some fantastic places away from the usual tourist crowds. The building itself has so much character and history — you truly feel like you’re living in old Venice, with authentic decor and a special charm you won’t find in modern hotels. In short: we felt completely at home and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, Olivia, for an unforgettable stay — we will definitely come back!

Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment in the Cannaregio area of Venice. The space was immaculate and full of charm, with stunning terrazzo floors throughout that added an authentic Venetian touch. Every detail reflected the owner’s thoughtfulness and impeccable sense of style. Great bed and linen. Nespresso machine was also appreciated. An absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace, which had beautiful views over two canals - the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the beauty of Venice from above. Also, Mariangela’s recommendations for local sights and dining spots were incredibly helpful during our visit. The location couldn’t have been better. Cannaregio is easily the best area to stay in Venice - peaceful and atmospheric, far from the heavy tourist crowds, but still just a short walk from all the main sights. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and a truly Venetian experience, this place is absolute perfection. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Great location. Quiet area and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Raoul met us at check-in and gave us great local recommendations. Gelato shop around the corner was fantastic too!

Great apartment with a friendly and helpful host, highly recommend!

Authentic and exquisite. Every room featured stunning Murano glass chandeliers. The space was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed with great amenities. Located in a quiet, peaceful area, it offered a perfect retreat. The host went above and beyond—graciously guiding us when we had trouble finding the location and helping us navigate the water taxis. So kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect apartment and neighborhood to enjoy Venice like its inhabitants. It's all immersive and well-equipped. I recommend it without hesitation for a long weekend and mornings to the sound of birds!

Great place in the center of everything.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

It was a very nice holiday. Ground floor was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and hot tub area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would be happy to recommend. Thank you, Matteo!
