Activities and services nearby: Ski slopes 100 m Golf course 150 m Ski lift 150 m Levi Alpine Village 2 km The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and the upstairs loft has four separate single beds. The property has a modern and well-equipped kitchen, spacious laundry room (washing machine), bathroom, sauna and 2 toilets.

Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.
