A new apartment in Äkäslompolo. Large windows and tall rooms. Comfortable floor heating. Comprehensive equipment. Sauna and a fireplace. Wifi, smart TV and internet radio. Washing machine and a drying cabinet. Parking space. A covered terrace. Ski tracks are close. Village services about a kilometer away. Ski-, airport- and train station buses stop nearby. Cleaning and linen not included, can be ordered separately. No pets. Exchange day is Saturday, exceptions possible outside high season.

A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Tunnelmallinen ja viihtyisä keloparitalon puolikas erinomaisella sijainnilla Levin Kelorakassa, vain kilometrin päässä Levin keskustasta ja eturinteistä, joihin kävellen noin 10 minuuttia. Vuokrahintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. An atmospheric and cozy semi-detached log house in an excellent location in Levi's Kelorakka, just one kilometer from the center of Levi and the front slopes, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Bedlinen and towels are included in rental price.

Rentoudu rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä Nilituvassa, Nilivaaran alueella. Nilivaara on Kesänkitunturin kupeessa. Kesällä ulkoilureitit lähtevät muutaman sadan metrin päästä ja talvella hiihtoladut sekä talvipolut. Vierailun hintaan sisältyy aina päiväretkitarvikkeet (reppu, kaasukeitin, pannu, kuksat, termospullo, tulitikut) sekä talvisin lumikengät ja sauvat. Täällä pääset rauhalliseen ympäristöön, joka on lähellä palveluja. Asunto sijaitsee n.2 km Jounin Kaupalta ja palveluiden keskittymästä.

No light pollution, good for seeing northern lights! Two bedrooms, each with 160cm double beds. Also a bunk bed (perfect for kids or youngsters). A baby cot available. Walking distance to food store, restaurants, cafe’s, bus stop. Ski tracks 400m. Restaurant 700m, shop 1 km. Gondola 5 min drive.

Top floor studio in the center of Levi

From an apartment in the center of Levi, you walk to the slope, shop, and restaurants in the area. Enjoy the steam in your own sauna and cool off on the balcony with stunning views of Kätkätkunturi. When leaving, the apartment can be cleaned by yourself or ordered through us for the final cleaning (60€ extra price). Sheets and towels are not included. They can be rented through us for an additional cost of €25/person. Apartment kitchen and floor renovated 6/2024.

The apartment is compact 40 square meter + a loft with beds for 4 persons. The living room has a sofa for 2 persons (120cm). Almost all the basic comforts of the home can be found in the apartment with washing machines, drying cabinets and sauna. Kärpänkätkye is next to the magnificent SnowVillage snow park, where also restaurant services are available. There you can explore the snow chapel and admire the art of snow and ice in the winter time.

The nearest service centers are Muonio (25km) and Levi (35km)
