Warm ambiance cottage, close to fishing , berry picking, and hunting grounds Mkki is located in the village of 4 permanent residents called Äijäjoki, there are several cottages in the village. The cottage really the house is somewhat renovated, but it still needs it a little bit, but it feels like home, grandma. Right next to the house is a river that can be viewed from the deck of the outdoor sauna, a border river nearby. The rent includes , linens, snowshoes, and forest shoots for four, as well as sliders and kicksleds.

This place was really cosy and comfortable and worked very well for a family stay. It was equipped with all of the basics which was very handy, and had everything we needed. The drying rack was very helpful to dry our snow boots and the sauna was much enjoyed. Beautiful snowy garden and a great location, just 5 minutes drive from the town.

A lovely place and a wonderful landscape opens up to the entire apartment. The terrace is large and spacious and has nice patio furniture and lighting. The floor in the apartment was fun and different and felt bigger than it was. High-quality materials in the apartment. Although the house is a tenement house, it felt like a detached house when no neighbors were visible from the windows. In our time, there were also not many people in the other apartments, so it was really peaceful and quiet. Our family of 5 had a great time and I would definitely come again. At first, it was just difficult to find, when there was no apartment number at the address, so you had to navigate a little based on the pictures to the right door.

A cozy vacation home where everything worked well. The stove was quick even though it wasn't induction. Likewise, the oven and sauna heated up quickly. Shop within walking distance, the ski track was also found a nice distance away. Peaceful yard😀

What a beautiful cottage. On a business trip, I only had time to enjoy the great sauna and good bed, fortunately, the sauna had good blackout curtains, so it was good to sleep. The host responds quickly and was very helpful when I couldn't open the washing machine tap.

Very, very nice, quiet place with a great view from the living room. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated living room with fireplace, a large terrace and a kitchen with everything you need. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and another extra toilet. We felt right at home. Only a shower curtain would be convenient to keep the toilet and washing machine dry while showering. The location is great and a good base for all kinds of activities in winter and summer. We only used the ground floor because there were two of us. The upstairs is quite shallow so it is well suited for sleeping, but not so good for stopping. However, the kitchen-living room offers plenty of space with a couch, 2 cozy armchairs and a large dining table. Tytti has easily given us many tips, including the crucial when we can see aurora lights. We just had to go out the door. That was amazing! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, suitable for 4 persons, Great amenities in the kitchen(!) even with spices and baked goods. We felt very comfortable!

Tommi's house is super. It is quietly located in the forest at the edge of the ski lift. Everything is new and really well designed. The sauna in the house is practical and with a window. So we were able to see aurora lights from the sauna. All in all, a perfect place to stay. Modern, new, very chic. Thanks a bunch We'll be back.
