Vacation rentals with a pool in Mundanije

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

We just stayed one night at Sanja’s place and wished that we were staying longer. Beautifully clean, stunning apartment with a view to die for and the swimming pool was an added bonus. Sanja was so helpful- she answered any query we had and helped us order a take away dinner from a local restaurant that was delicious. It’s slightly difficult to find although Sanja sends instructions and photographs. Once you enter the road by the cemetery you need to carry on up the hill as far as you can go. Where the asphalted road ends there on the left is the house. Thank you so much Sanja - we have kept a note of your details as we’d love to return for longer stay next time!

One of the absolute best Airbnb we have stayed in after 3 months away from home. This felt like home. Spacious and well equipped. Thoughtful hosts live on site upstairs but place screening on balconies to guarantee privacy, These hosts do everything right even setting the pool to your preferred temperature. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Really nice view with great host. Private pool with the three other apartments and private access to a really nice bathing spot in the Adriatic ocean.

Everything was very clean and as in the pictures. The apartment is big and has everything. It is very quiet and a perfect place for recharging. We absolutely loved it.

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Baska is a bit crowdy but this appartemtn gives you a breath from it. Perfect swimming pool, quiet place. I love how fast Mia was reacting to messages and being proactive at any stage.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in mid August. The view is just stunning and beautiful sunsets to enjoy on the outside patio and pool. The villa is spotless and clean. All the amenities we required to cook at hom including a great BBQ area. The weather was very hot and unfortunately there is only AC in the lounge and one in the landing upstairs. The bedrooms were therefore very hot and sleeping was difficult. We bought two little fans But didn’t help much.

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Beautifully cared for stay with very friendly and caring owners. Highly recommended. Too bad about the sometimes too busy coastal region, but with the tips of the owners, you can circumvent this. Seeing Croatia by boat is absolutely recommended. Away from the crowds and a very nice area. A fun vacation guaranteed.

Absolute quality host. From us a 10 out of 10! We had a short stay, yet we felt like we were in a little paradise. The house is very clean and everything new, there is nothing missing. Outside, a beautiful terrace with pool awaited us, which is cleaned every day. A barbecue area for nice evening hours with food together is also available. Even a small area for children, with a swing and slide. The hosts are very friendly and we felt at home. Gordan her husband and daughter are such a friendly family and we will come back again. We had an unforgettable vacation in this magnificent house, designed for 8 people. There is absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay — and even more! The house is very clean, cozy and thought out to the smallest detail. I would like to note the atmosphere of seclusion: no noise of cars, no neighbors — only you, nature and peace. Charming garden, spacious pool, comfortable barbecue area — the perfect place to recharge and enjoy your stay with loved ones. Special thanks to the hosts — Ivan and Marina. They are surprisingly warm, attentive and unobtrusive people. When they found out it was my birthday, they gave me a gift — it was incredibly pleasant and touching! We will definitely return to this wonderful place and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a real rest for the soul and body. You definitely won't regret it!

We were here at the beginning of September with a total of 7 adults, 4 children between 1.5 and 5 years and a baby. The house, the outdoor area and the complete equipment are on a very high level, everything is in very good condition, works and is very clean. Internet/Wifi is very good with a large cover even on the outside. Everything is there to accommodate even larger groups. We used the barbecue and the covered dining area outside almost daily. It is the ideal house if you don't want to leave for a day or another or the other or just take a smaller hike at the doorstep. The road up to the house is consistently paved and is also no problem with a camper. You have a magnificent view over the sea and it is very quiet up there. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a little too early and even got a welcome drink:-) We can highly recommend the house especially for large families or for groups of friends.

We had a wonderful stay and can totally recommend this house for vacation. It was really clean, homey and had everything you need. The view is amazing and the landlords are very friendly. Communication with them was very easy and they did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
