It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

Only 5 minutes drive from Llanelli beach & 6.4 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Burry Port. Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Trostre Retail Park is close by hosting many high street shops & restaurants.

A perfect base to explore all the area has to offer and beyond with the Brecon Beacons being one hour away. Swansea city offers good shopping, lesiure facilities and the famous Swansea Indoor market. Broc Môr has fast WIFI, its own parking with lovely views.

There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.
