Vacation rentals with a kayak in Multnomah County

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at the House on Slip Z from December 25 to 29. The accommodations were excellent—spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The experience was both interactive and relaxing, with plenty of activities to enjoy. We had a blast kayaking, paddle boating, and fishing, all while taking in the serene natural surroundings. The views were stunning, and the local wildlife added a special charm to our stay. We loved spotting curious animals like ducks, herons, river otters, tree frogs, and various fish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mix of adventure and tranquility. We had so much fun and are already looking forward to returning!! From the moment we arrived at Kelsey and Sanoe’s place, we felt at ease. As a same-sex couple and people of color, it’s so important for us to feel safe and comfortable being ourselves—especially in places where that isn’t always guaranteed. Their space gave us that and more. We happened to run into Kelsey and their sweet dog Brixton, and their warmth and kindness made us feel even more at home. We added the charcuterie board, which was absolutely delicious and lasted us the whole stay. We loved relaxing in the hammocks and hanging out in the watchtower. One evening, we grabbed pizza from their guidebook, brought it up to the tower, and watched the sunset—it was one of our favorite moments from the trip. We really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Kelsey and Sanoe are honestly the coolest hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb, and we’d love to stay again the next time we’re in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mila's place. She is very responsive and helpful. Super clean, beautifully designed, thoughtfully laid out bedroom for children, convenience of laundry and dishwasher, to mention a few things. Didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space due to our short stay and weather but it looked wonderful to spend evenings. Maybe next time. Highly recommend.

The very definition of a hidden gem! Tucked into the trees, this darling home gives a bird's eye view to the stunning expanse of trees, water, and mountains. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with a cozy kitchen and cafe table. Each floor had a reading nook by the large windows and both bedrooms have connecting bathrooms. We loved the open loft upstairs. Sebastian & Jay were able to accommodate an early check-in so we didn't miss an online class. They responded quickly to any questions. We loved the neighborhood and walked the hills down to Willamette Park and back. It was an easy drive to anywhere we needed to go. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a charming place in a great location. You have all the amenities in Stevenson and it's a short walk to Skamania Lodge but when you're there, you feel like you're off in the woods somewhere peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed watching the chickens (we even got fresh eggs) and deer from the window and the living room has a great reading nook. Julie was great! Would definitely book again.

Randy’s home was a great stay, beautiful backyard view. Home itself was very comfortable & had a at home feeling. Perfect place to stay at if you’re in the area. Would definitely recommend this place.

Easy spot for Lewis & Clark parents/families. We walked to the riverfront park to north and enjoyed climbing up Fulton, great steep walk! Beds were very comfortable, and good and plentiful pillows! We will come again!

It’s a lovely home with an awesome view of the lake. It’s very clean and peaceful, and we felt right at home. Downtown Vancouver is just a short drive away. Host Laurie and her husband Van are very nice and friendly. We’d definitely stay at Laurie’s place again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the attention to detail with the arrival snack basket and toiletries. Very walkable neighborhood and restaurants were close by. Thanks Hollie!
