Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Enjoy a break in the middle of the countryside between goats and forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a glass of fresh goat's milk and enjoy the fantastic view and watch our goats and feel the calming effect. Right outside your front door you can start your hikes through the fascinating Black Forest. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

After planning it ourselves with our own wood from the Black Forest, we are delighted that our tiny house is now finished after a two-year construction period. Our small house (built in 2012, awarded the Baden-Württemberg state prize for exemplary construction) is located in an old farmhouse garden in a quiet village. The furnishings are simple so that you can truly enjoy the beauty of the house and garden. We have therefore deliberately chosen not to include a television.
