Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

Stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of toys and books to entertain the little ones. Area is near the river which is a beautiful place to take early morning or evening walks. Highly recommended.

Great location and a very responsive host! The house was just as advertised—clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. Communication was quick and easy, which made check-in and our overall stay super smooth. The hot tub was definitely a plus during our winter stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay, the villa is spotlessly clean. Very relaxing feeling to the villa, lots of nice seating areas. We had lots of BBQS and everything we needed was there. The pool area was fantastic and my son loved the games room which had plenty to do in it. Kathy was really responsive to any messages and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Really felt like home. The pups absolutely loved the backyard, soft toy available and treats! We especially loved the backyard too…such a beautiful sanctuary to enjoy with a cuppa! The shower was great and bed comfy too. Loved the extras provided for the few things we forgot to pack. And such a convenient location and with easy access/lock up too. Loved our family stay 🤗

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. We have stayed in this apartment previously and were happy to return. Pippa communicates well. The apartment is clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach and amenities. The apartment is brightly lit by natural lighting and modern styling which suits our taste. You can see Cottesloe beach from the balcony and window in the main bedroom. You will need to buy coffee pods for coffee on arrival unless you are happy to have instant coffee which is supplied, however there are many coffee spots just down the road within walking distance. I love the cow artwork over the bed. The apartment very much suits our needs. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we definitely recommend it.

This was a fabulous property, clean and welcoming with great facilities as described. Any queries and Warwick could very quickly respond. Great communication. Comfortable beds for a fabulous nights sleep.

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
