Hosts live in the same yard, but they didn't interfere with the rest and the yard is a little secluded. You could always order homemade delicious food for an adequate price and buy homemade milk and eggs. The house is not well renovated, but there is everything you need for your stay, and if something is missing - the hosts will instantly bring it :) The house is for a thrifty getaway for a family or a small group of friends. From the disadvantages: 7 kilometers you have to go on a very bad road. Sometimes I didn't want to go anywhere, so as not to go on that scary road. But for those who, on the contrary, do not want to go anywhere, there is a place around the house where to walk :) Another unpleasant minus - the toilet door does not close until the end, so I do not advise those who need to seclude themselves for toiletries)) Overall, I recommend the house.

Very good location. The best option for a family vacation. The hosts are very responsive,willing to communicate, help with tips if necessary. If necessary, we will be in the Coast again, then only with them.

Many thanks to the hosts for a great weekend with friends - it was the perfect place for relaxation and walks. Right from the window you can see the entire Borzhavsky Ridge. The house is very warm and cozy - there is nothing superfluous, instead, friends found everything she wants - who is the book, who is the board, who is the blanket for gatherings by the fire. Special thanks for the dishwasher - it was very good for the company! And thank you for your prompt responses - it was very nice to get answers to all questions so quickly. In general, we really liked it, if we go to those parts, we will consider the Chalet for your stay. )

very peaceful and quiet area, great privacy. the sauna, pool, and hot tub are great, and the outdoor dining area with grill makes for a great place to host. the hosts are very communicative and responsive, and we had no problems. we stayed for several weeks and never had a power outage.

Very cool location, located at the beginning of the hill/hill. There are a lot of trees around and it was almost always very quiet. You can go straight up from the grounds and walk in the highlands in the forest. The two of us were perfect to work remotely and relax. The cabin we chose (Uessan) was very cozy, and inside there was everything for a comfortable autonomous stay. There were many interesting locations around that we were able to visit: It is 15-20 minutes drive from the Shipit waterfall and the Pylypets lift, an hour from Lake Synevyr and an hour from the Kolochavsky Museum "Old Selo". There is an opportunity to order food and homemade products right on the territory of the complex upon availability. We recommend "Above the Farm" to anyone planning a vacation in Transcarpathia.
