The apartment is exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and tidy at check-in. The host was quick to respond and provided clear check-in instructions - everything is concise and without unnecessary communication, which I as an introvert especially appreciated 😅 The house has an elevator - very convenient after long walks in the city. Separately, I want to note the balcony: it has incredible views of the city and mountains! The territory of the house is secured, there is easy parking. Overall, everything is thoughtful. The only wish is to pay attention to some signs of wear and tear in the apartment: stains on the walls and similar details. But it didn't ruin the experience at all. It can be seen that the apartment is in demand, so it's natural. Overall, I really liked everything, thank you! ☺️

Ms Lesya and her mom are very kind and friendly people who were nice to talk to all the time! Ms. Lesya was open, understanding and willing to help, even when I had a delay in paying through the bank! After confirming the reservation, Ms. Lesya detailed the check-in procedure and how to get to the property, asked when to arrive. It's especially nice that Ms. Lesya asked if I had any wishes and if I needed help with anything. It felt like I was really worried about! I was booking a room for 2 nights for my mom, responded late when my mum is checking in, but regardless, the host was understanding and met my mom! After checking in, the host's mom even offered lunch and made breakfast and coffee in the morning! My mom had a broken phone and I am extremely grateful to the host with help during eviction and taxi !!! My mom very rarely travels by herself, so I was worried, but everything was superbly great thanks to the hospitality and help of Mrs. Lesi and her mom!

Clean, comfortable apartment in the city center. It was nice to communicate with the host, responded quickly.

The only disadvantage is soundproofing. In general, the apartment is perfectly located, 15 minutes both to the station and to the center. Quiet, calm, clean, the owner welcomed and timely informed about all the details of check-in. A definite recommendation. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartments really meet the criteria - Home Sweet Home. Cozy, tidy, very beautiful! The hostess is very nice. The apartment has everything you need to relax. The room is very clean, the furniture is in perfect condition, there are necessary utensils, a hair dryer, an iron and even a coffee maker.

Nice apartment and nice neighborhood. Located not far from the center. New furnished, good plumbing and quality appliances. A closed area for several apartments, a green area with a gazebo and a parking space. Quick response from the host and assistant to questions and requests. Stayed two days, very satisfied!

I liked everything, the owner is friendly, responds quickly! But there was long black hair on the bedding,it was very unpleasant, there was an impression that the bedding was not changed.

Lovely place in the city center, however, in a fairly quiet location. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos, there were all the necessary details for a comfortable stay. I would like to note Valentina's extraordinary hospitality and hospitality, who met us on the issue of early check-in. I'll definitely come back here next time!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spacious and very clean. You do have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs but it was not a problem for us at all. Stairs were wide and it’s only 1 flight of stairs. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and easy to use. The bed was comfortable. It was raining and chilly when we were there so we didn’t get to use the balcony but it was spacious as well. The hosts Alina and Luba were very friendly.

We were in Mukachevo for the first time and never regretted staying in this apartment. Very nice apartment, close to shops, very nice views near the river. Check-in is self-check-in, very clear instructions from the owner. The apartment has all the necessary things and appliances, clean and tidy. If I come again, the choice will be obvious! I'll stay here) Recommended!

Loved everything, receptionist, location, storage cameras. The only thing is that we, four girls, were missing an apartment, are full-length mirrors. But we experienced it easily.

Place needs to be cleaned up, lots of mosquitoes. Additionally, place could be cleaned up a bit more specifically bedrooms and common areas. Otherwise good location:)
