The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

Bright and homely self-contained flat with garden

Beautiful self-contained apartment in the bustling southside of Glasgow. Refurbished in Jan 25! Spacious and light one bedroom flat with private entrance. The flat is walking distance to all of the wonderful Southside amenities including amazing cafe's, restaurants and bars. Just a few minutes walk to the train station takes you to the city centre in 12 minutes and we're really close to Hampden Park and the Hydro for events. There are secluded gardens to enjoy once you return from exploring.

Beautiful traditional tenement flat in Shawlands, the buzzing south-side of Glasgow. Queens Park, trendy bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are on your doorstep. The flat has very spacious rooms with original features, newly fitted bathroom and has all very homely feel. Victoria was a completely wonderful host. I had such a warm welcome to her lovely flat and, upon leaving, she actually gave me an umbrella as I’d neglected to bring anything waterproof to Scotland. Her dog is very friendly and should not put anyone off booking. Great location and everything clean and tidy. I would 100% recommend.

I'm very happy with the stay, the ensuite bedroom was comfy and clean, the shared kitchen well equipped and the location quiet, with good bus links into town, or about 20-25 min walk. The atmosphere was relaxed, Fraser was very welcoming, he is a truly great host. Fully recommend!

I stayed for 2 weeks at Anna’s house and felt very welcomed. I would recommend staying at Anna’s home to everyone, but especially to (female) solo travellers. We had lots of really good conversations, but you also get your space and alone time if you want to. There are really nice parks close by, and a supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. The bus stop is almost right in front of the door, and it takes around 25 minutes to get to the city centre. Since Anna has a lovely dog, you should be fine with having a dog around the house. I felt like I was living with a flatmate in Glasgow and loved everything about that experience. 5 out of 5 ⭐️ – 100% recommend

We had such great time staying at Kristy's for 4 nights. The apartment was really spacious, spotless clean and had a beautiful balcony view. The area felt very safe and had some good coffee and pub options. It was also very easy to get to the city centre via the train. Kristy was an amazing host giving us lots of recommendations for Glasgow as well as the rest of our trip around Scotland. She made sure we felt comfortable in the apartmentment and that we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay with Kristy again when back in Glasgow.

Jenny's place was ideal for our short trip to Glasgow. It couldn't be better situated; right next to a train station with a couple of good coffee shops practically on the doorstep. The lovely Queens Park is only a 5-10min walk away. The bedroom itself is huge and comfortable. The only slight issue we had was with the shower - it was hot and powerful, but very easily flooded the floor which was a bit stressful! Other than that, absolutely no complaints. Jenny was a friendly and responsive host and we'd consider staying here again.
