Very nicely decorated, small apartment with kitchen table, modern spacious bathroom. Rail traffic is hardly noticeable if you leave the windows closed (no surprise), at night there is hardly any rail traffic anyway. Highly recommended and by train in 7 minutes to Schwerin.

In addition, there is a large quiet garden - perfect for reading and resting or for making a campfire. The proximity to Lübeck and Schwerin is great to take a day trip. :) The only drawback is that it gets quite bright in the sleeping area, especially because there is a skylight in the east direction. A way to darken would be desirable here. Otherwise, it should also be mentioned that the surroundings with the lakes are really beautiful and you can also watch (wild)animals there very well. Hosts Scarlett and Robert are also happy to lend you binoculars and give you tips.😊

Communication with Stefan was accommodating, friendly and always aimed at making our stay as pleasant as possible. Clear recommendation and we'd love to come back!!

We stayed four nights in Claudia's small oasis in the countryside with our dog 🐶 everyone felt right at home. You have a large garden with plenty of seating as well as by the lake. You can hear the birds chirping all the time, you can only relax there. 🕊️ Our highlight was the outdoor shower. In the house, nothing was missing, and you could also relax well in the rocking chair next to the fireplace. It doesn't take long to drive to the Baltic Sea, so you can also have a beach day. There is a baker nearby. With the dog, you only need to go out the gate and can walk directly through the green. 🌳 Claudia was very friendly and open-minded and makes a lot of effort. Behind the house, a pair of swans are brooding. Unfortunately, we were not able to see the little ones hatch 🦢 We can only recommend the place!

Looking for a charmingly located, lovingly refurbished, sensibly furnished and equipped, directly welcoming and all-around comfortable, cozy apartment in a beautiful old thatched roof house, with a warm, open, uncomplicated and accommodating hostess? Book with Carolin!! We spent a wonderful weekend there and enjoyed every minute. The tranquility, the atmosphere of the place and especially the building and property, the surrounding nature - it was just the perfect slowdown. Carolin has truly created a little oasis that we had to leave with a heavy heart after only 2 days. We would have loved to have stayed longer, would come back anytime and recommend it vehemently and enthusiastically :) Thanks!!

We had a wonderful time with a group of friends in this lovingly renovated house. Even in advance, the communication with Kerrin was exceptionally friendly and helpful – every question was answered quickly, and we were always made to feel welcome. It was particularly nice that an earlier check-in was easily possible on request. The kitchen is excellently equipped – perfect if you like to cook and eat together like we do. Everything was well maintained and exactly as promised in the pictures – if not better. Thank you for this great stay! We will be happy to come back.
