The apartment is part of a thatched farmhouse from 1850. In 2012, we carefully awakened the Uhlehuus from its slumber and restored it sustainably. The apartment is located in the main house, where we also live, but is completely separated and forms a self-sufficient unit with its own entrance, and its own large terrace with garden. The spacious property is fenced. Your children and your four-legged friends can romp undisturbed and make friends with sheep and goats.

Very enchanting and lovingly furnished apartment in a picturesque setting. The lake is practically right outside the door. Even in rainy weather, the apartment offers a very cozy stay. Very nicely decorated, small apartment with kitchen table, modern spacious bathroom. Rail traffic is hardly noticeable if you leave the windows closed (no surprise), at night there is hardly any rail traffic anyway. Highly recommended and by train in 7 minutes to Schwerin.

Looking for a charmingly located, lovingly refurbished, sensibly furnished and equipped, directly welcoming and all-around comfortable, cozy apartment in a beautiful old thatched roof house, with a warm, open, uncomplicated and accommodating hostess? Book with Carolin!! We spent a wonderful weekend there and enjoyed every minute. The tranquility, the atmosphere of the place and especially the building and property, the surrounding nature - it was just the perfect slowdown. Carolin has truly created a little oasis that we had to leave with a heavy heart after only 2 days. We would have loved to have stayed longer, would come back anytime and recommend it vehemently and enthusiastically :) Thanks!!

We were ready for a break from our travels so Bernd’s house was just perfect. It’s in a quiet setting and a comfortable place to relax. The house is spacious with outdoor seating and BBQ, overlooking the garden. It has everything you would need and the hosts were very generous, leaving some gifts for us to try. Bernd’s was easily contactable and responsive in dealing with a problem that arose on our first night in the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

The interior space is illuminated by natural light streaming through two windows. A wooden desk is positioned against the wall, paired with a modern lamp. A small refrigerator is nearby, and a wooden bench offers additional seating, enhancing the cozy atmosphere.

A very cozy car where I immediately felt at home. There is a very cozy double bed with a window with beautiful views, and above it a second sleeping level with two mattresses and its own window in case it gets a few more heads. Right next to it, behind a lovingly plastered wall with clay, is a small wood-burning stove with a relatively very large window - I was immediately in love. Although there were daily minorities outside outside, I always had pleasant temperatures inside. The clay wall on the oven (which stores very well), and a very good insulation make it possible. Even in the evening, after several hours of absence, it was still warm in the car. It was nice to "come home" :) I think this insulation should also provide pleasant temperatures without heat collapse in the summer. Important plus! The sanitary facilities are only a few meters away, easy cooking in the wagon is easily possible.

A large dining table is set for a meal, surrounded by wooden chairs. In the background, an inviting seating area features a dark-colored sectional sofa and an area rug. Soft lighting creates a warm atmosphere, enhancing the spacious communal area.

We had a wonderful stay and felt really comfortable. The place was even more impressive than it appears in the photos and ideally suited for our group of 14. There was still plenty of room. Uta looked after us wonderfully and we felt in good hands. The possibility to use the sauna was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!
