Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey bulunuyordu bu işlerimizi oldukça kolaylaştırdı.Bunun yanı sıra konum açısından da oldukça güzel bir yerde yer alıyordu . Denize arabayla (İztuzu plajına)20 dk da gidebildik . Havuz oldukça temiz ve eğlenceliydi . Her bir sorumuza ve sorunumuza hızlıca yanıt aldık . Harika ev Harika ev sahibi teşekkür ederiz

Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

Konumda kalabileceğimiz en güzel yerde konakladık. Ortak avluda, minik bir köpek, iki kediyle kendi evimde hissettim. Hakime Hanım bize çok yardımcı oldu. Dost canlısı ve her şeyi en ince detayına kadar düşünmüş bir ev sahibesi. Rotamıza devam etmek için ayrıldık ama keşke birkaç gün daha kalabilseydik. Her şey çok güzeldi. 🤍

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

Idylisch, Natur pur und alles was man benötigt! Das Meer, Zentrum von Marmaris(ein Katzensprung) und die gesammte Marmaris Umgebung kann mit dem PKW zwischen 60-90 Minuten erkundet bzw. erreicht werden. Auch bei 40Grad Temperatur ist diese Ortschaft und die Wohnung erstaunlich frisch und angenehm. Klima haben wir nicht ein Tag beansprucht. Für die Stadt Datca (ca. 2 Stunden/einfach) sollte man von hier aus einen ganzen Tag bzw. 2 Tage einplanen. Soweit alles Top ;)

This is a wonderful villa! Very comfortable, cozy, and private, with a nice pool and thoughtful details. All communications with the host were smooth and easy. Absolutely recommended!

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

Ev tıpkı fotoğraflardaki gibi doğanın içinde inanilmaz huzurlu bir yerdeydi. Ailemle hem havuzda hem bahçede çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Evin içi pırıl pırıl tertemizdi, Selimiye ve çevre koylar da mükemmeldi. Metin bey çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi, hem evle hem çevre ile ilgili bütün sorularımızı yanıtladı. Evcil hayvan kabul edilmesi de çok büyük bir artıydı. En yakın zamanda tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz.

Konaklamaya gitmeden önce gezilecek yerler ile ilgili bilgilendirme ve konum paylaşımı yapıldı. Konaklama yaptığımız alana vardığımızda ise eşi ile birlikte son derece güler yüzle karşılama yapıp evi ve bahçeyi bize gezdirdiler hatta kendi bitkilerinden toplayıp bize hediye ettiler ve ayrıca taş fırında yapılmış odun ekmeği de verdiler :) Ertesi gün eşimle gezmeye gittiğimde yolda kaldık Ali Bey ile iletişime geçtik ve 1.5 saatlik yolu gözardı etmeyip tamirci ile birlikte bizi kurtardı :) Kesinlikle tavsiyedir, son derece hem evden hem de evin sahiplerinden memnun kaldık. Arkadaşlarımıza da kesinlikle önereceğiz. Her şey için tekrardan teşekkür ederiz 🙏

Deniz is both warm, friendly and professional. He was responsive, punctual and gave us clear instructions. The Villa itself is beautiful. Everything is new and clean. The rooms are spacious and illuminated by natural light. The pool is clean. All in all it is a beautiful place well worth the money, and Deniz is a great host!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat viel Platz. Sie befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen Ecke von Dalyan, um die Ecke hat es viele schöne Restaurants mit Terrasse zum Fluss, das Zentrum ist schnell erreichbar. Sertac hat auf all unsere Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Köpeğimle beraber keyifle kaldım. Evde ihtiyacım olan her türlü eşya mevcuttu. Bahçeden rahatça girip çıktım. Otopark mevcuttu ama sokak da park etmeye uygundu.

Ein sehr toller, ruhiger Urlaub in einer naturnahen Umgebung. Ula ist eine hinreisende Kleinstadt mit freundlichen Menschen und einer netten Historie. Der Gastgeber Mehmet und seine Familie waren tolle Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar waren und unseren Urlaub bereichert haben, mit ihren Empfehlungen (die Familie besitzt ein super leckeres Lokal in Marmaris und hat uns eine Bootstour in Akyaka empfohlen). Der Pool wurde 2x wöchentlich gereinigt und die Gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber sowie minimalistisch auf das Nötigste ausgestattet, was alles sehr erleichtert hat. Das Zentrum war 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier erwarten die Besucher kleine, süße Läden und Parks, die bis spät abends gut besucht sind. Man wird sehr herzlich empfangen, das Essen ist lokal und lecker. Freitags hat es einen Markt, in dem man günstig und regional Obst sowie Gemüse einkaufen kann. Städte wie Muğla, Marmaris und Akyaka sind mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar und haben viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Ev çok huzurluydu. İhtiyacınız olan her şey evin içinde mevcut. Çok kullanışlı ve estetik dekore edilmiş. Temizlik güzeldi sadece orman içinde olduğu için rüzgar dolayısıyla içeri yaprak ve toz girebiliyor ama evin konumundan dolayı bu çok normal. Ali Bey nazik ve ilgiliydi. Evin konumu kargaşadan uzak sakin ama araçla 5-6 dakikada merkezi her yere ulaşılabilecek şekildeydi. Patili dostumuzla geldik. Ona karşı da aynı misafirperverlikteydiler. Çok memnun kaldık her şey içib teşekkür ederiz <3

Tertemiz pırıl pırıl misafirperver bir aile işletmesi diyebiliriz. Odalar fotoğraflarda gördüğünüzün birebir aynısı. Konumu harika koyun tam ortasında kalıyor denebilir o yüzden iki tarafa da yürüdüğünüzde minimum yoruluyorsunuz🤓 2 adımla plajdasınız zaten çalışanların güleryüzü olması, sorduğumuz her şeye yardımcı olması ve sohbetleri çok güzeldi. Denizin durgunluğu gece yıldızlar her saat olan manzara ile Selimiyeye aşık olduk diyebiliriz. Böyle güzel bir işletmeyle de tanıştığım için çok şanslı hissediyorum. Sezonu kapatmak için geldiğimizde mutlaka yine aynı yerde kalacağız ❤️

Osman Bey son derece ilgiliydi, ev çok temiz ve 4 kişilik konaklamamız için gayet konforluydu. Tüm turistik noktalara yakın konumuyla da tatilimizi oldukça kolaylaştırdı.

Ortam mükemmeldi havuzu gece aydınlatmaları salıncak ve bahçesi çok hoşumuza gitti. Konum olarak bir köyün içinde araçla düzgün bir yoldan akyakaya 20 dk mesafede. Gill ve eşi Mark çok güler yüzlü ve misafirperverlerdi 😊

Ali Bey konaklama öncesinde ev ile ilgili tüm kullanım bilgilerini de paylaştı. Ormanın içinde huzur dolu bir yerdi. Araçla civarda bulunan koylara ve turistik yerlere gitmek çok kolaydı. Bizim için keyifli bir tatil oldu, deneyimlemenizi tavsiye ederim ✌️

had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home in Marmaris. The house is modern, very well taken care of, and feels just like home. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a clean and stylish bathroom, and a lovely open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen — everything you could possibly need is there. But what truly sets this place apart is the view. Absolutely breathtaking. From the windows and the terrace, you can see the sea stretching out endlessly. It’s hands down the best view in the city — peaceful, panoramic, and perfect for morning coffee or evening tea. A special thanks to Mr. Irfan, who made the experience even better. He stayed in touch with us constantly, sent a clear video showing exactly how to reach the home and where to park the car, and kept checking in until we arrived safely. Throughout our stay, he was always available, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re visiting Marmaris this is the place to be in for sure
