This studio in the middle of the agricultural zone has its own style. If you are looking for peace in nature, this is the place for you. Wake up with fantastic lake and mountain views, drink a Nespresso coffee and then go hiking, biking, cross-country skiing or skiing, meditation, yoga, swimming in the lake or as a pilgrim on the Way of St. James to the monastery of Einsiedeln (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The bed is 140 cm wide and suitable for 1-2 people.

The age makes the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a speck of dust there, some flaky paint and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.
