Monthly Rentals in Mueang Kao

It's a quiet place, we were hosted very well. It is located about 30 min walk to the city center but you can request to book a tuk tuk by asking the person at the hotel. The lady is very nice, accommodating and very available. The food she makes is very good. I highly recommend this listing!

We had two good nights of sleep. Although there was some construction noise in the afternoon and evening, it stopped around 21:00, so it didn’t bother us much. The host was very kind and provided detailed instructions for our late check-in and early check-out.

A beautiful and spacious apartment, comfortable beds and a relaxed living area made this place a worthwhile and welcoming break from exploring Sukhothai. It may be located further away from the old town/ Historical Park, but there are transport options (local tuktuks, Grab, etc.) available, or you can hire a scooter nearby to get around. 7/11s and some local restaurants are in walking distance (8-10 minutes), as well as the night market. You can also dine in at AJ's Grill for delicious burgers and fresh salads! All in all, we warmly recommend this place and would book it again, without question :)

I had a wonderful stay at Sano's house. The property is situated in the middle of a friendly and welcoming local Thai neighborhood. The room and linens were clean. The bed had a cushy new memory-foam topper. Also, I had my own personal patio and a kitchen area with a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot water boiler, 2 burners, and all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen utensils. Sano is very knowledgable about the area, having previously worked at the local museum. And the best part was being within a 6-minute walk of the entrance to the Sukhothai Historical Park!
