Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mueang Chiang Rai

Extremely clean and spacious, beautiful surrounding with lots of greens and a lake. Very quiet too. Most importantly, Kook is extremely helpful, she even waited for us when we had to check in a few hours later than the standard time. Kook is very helpful in trying to suggest places for food, and we received 2 big jars of handmade jam cookies that was very delicious! All appliances works well and aircond is cold. The only small area that can be improve is the water heater, if you turn on full shower than the water will not be hot. The light outside Room 1 attracts a lot of small insects at night too, so will keep the door and window close all the time. Lots of space and the sofa / seating area is outdoor, so for those prefer to stay outdoor, it can be a nice change. Great value for money and very clean and quiet. You do need to have your own transport though as it is tucked away and about 15 ~ 20 mins to the town center. We had a lovely time and Kook is a great host! Thank You!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Prapapan. La maison était idéale, très jolie, très propre. A côté on trouve plusieurs restaurants et des supermarchés. Prapapan nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements et répondait à chaque fois à nos questions très rapidement. Je conseille à tous les voyageurs ce logement!

Location was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth. Sufficient space for parking and could easily reach tourist destinations via a short drive. Pornpin thoughtfully provided some refreshments and drinking water for our stay.

This was my favorite place I've ever stayed in Chiang Rai, and probabaly all of Asia. The house is like a log cabin but in a Thai botanical garden. It was very clean, the caretakers who live on the same property are very helpful, it had everything we needed and was so restful. It's right next to a good restaurant which is a good landmark for Grab. We never had a problem using Grab to get anywhere. Our whole family had a great time and we are eager to stay again in the future.

Je is a very wonderful and friendly host. She personally greet us during check in and make sure everything is in place for us to have comfortable place. In addition, she recommend us a few local tourist spots and food. Her aunty restaurant, Ban Noi is just right next to the homestay and foods are delicious. I highly recommend her house for homestay in Chiang Rai 👍🏻👍🏻

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little thoughtful touches that made the space feel like home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Rob and Fern's house is your home away from home in Chiang Rai. It was so nice of Rob to contact us before our arrival to ask about our breakfast preferences and whether we require help with transportation or information about the area. Rob and Fern welcomed us on arrival and gave us a little tour around the property, and gifted us some local delicacies and fruits. Every morning Fern provided us with breakfast accompanied with amazing local coffee and a lovely chat. Thank you guys for having us and making our stay in Chiang Rai so memorable.

A clean and nice place to stay in Chiang Rai. It's pretty simple, but for the price, I think it's good enough. Very calm area without outside noise, but you can still reach the city center, bus station, or markets by walking. The free bicycles are a big plus, they make getting around much faster. Traffic isn’t too heavy, so it’s easy to ride, and you can park the bike anywhere and continue on foot if you like. I found that really helpful. Anusit is a great host, he answered any questions very quickly. I had an internet issue during my stay, and he fixed it within just a few minutes. In general, the internet is fast and works well. On the downside: the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. I also wasn’t very comfortable with the power outlets, my charger didn’t fit securely. There’s not a lot of light inside either, so it can feel a little dark, but that may depend on personal preference. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend it! I even extended my stay twice :)

Our stay at Kamonvon’s place was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, while providing some great amenities like allowing us to use her scooters, preparing breakfast, arranging rides to and from the airport, and even taking us shopping at the mall. We truly enjoyed meeting her, and I highly recommend her space for your stay in Chiang Rai!

お部屋は掲載通りに清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。 近くにはセブンイレブンやスーパーがあり、とても便利でした。 自転車を無料で借りることができたので、周辺の観光も簡単にすることができました。 エレベーターはないですが、スーツケースを下ろすのを手伝っていただき、大変助かりました。 洗濯機の料金も安く、長期滞在にもおすすめです。 ホストからの返信は早く、安心して滞在することができました。 チェンライに来たらまたここに泊まりたいです！

Had a great stay here, the townhouse style means there’s lots of space over multiple floors. All the amenities were clean and worked well. Check in was easy and the host was responsive and very communicative 🙏 Thanks for a great stay, highly recommended!

Great stay. right next to shopping centre with a pool and gym. everything was brand new. host was excellent.

I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities like the swimming pool and gym were really nice. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to Central Chiang Rai. The price was very reasonable too. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Chiang Rai!

너무 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋아요 여행의 마지막도 이곳에서 하고 싶었지만 이미 다른 예약자가 있어서 이사갑니다 층수도 6층이라 좋구요 호스트와의 소통도 빨라요 그리고 일부 다른 룸에서는 하수구 냄새가 난다고 하는데 제가 묵은 이 방은 그런 냄새 전혀 없고 깨끗해요 샤워기 호수에서 물이 새서 그것만 고치면 완벽할것 같아요 불편함이 없어요~~

Le logement est exceptionnel, facile d'accès au centre ville avec très bon rapport/qualité prix. Dans le logement, il y a de l'espace et une vue sur le grand bouda avec de très beau coucher de soleil. Je recommande vivement ce logement à Chiang Rai. Peut-être à une prochaine fois et merci pour votre accueil :)

Prima verblijf als je het bij de basics houdt het appartement is goed voor 2 personen bed was groot genoeg ( mijn man is 1.90) De gym en zwembad is ook een reden waarom we voor dit appartement hebben gekozen tegenover het appartementencomplexen staat een groot winkelcentrum waar je heerlijk kan eten. het centrum is goed bereikbaar (wij hebben de app Grab gebruikt voor vervoer te regelen) er zijn 2 minpunten 1: de douche had bijna geen waterdruk waardoor er minimaal water uit de douchekop kwam. 2. er waren alleen maar grote plafond lampen aanwezig, dus in de avond had je geen lees/bedlamp of sfeer lampje in de woonkamer wat een gezellige sfeer kan creëren.

I really enjoyed Jittima’s place, the building is clean and quiet and the flat has everything you need: comfortable bed, small and nice sofa, good bathroom etc. There is also washing machine on the balcony with beautiful view. Jittima is very friendly and help all my needs, I recommend her place, but you should know that it's far away from everything and you must take taxi anywhere. Thanks Jittima :)

Our stay at Papon's apartment was fantastic! He was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the start. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. My husband and I were working online during our stay, and the layout was perfect for that. I used the desk in the bedroom while he worked at the dining table, and we could easily close the sliding door between the spaces for privacy during calls. Another great advantage is the location—Central Chiang Rai Mall is just across the street, about 30 meters away. It was super convenient for groceries, water, or simply relaxing and exploring the shops. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Papon’s place!
