Vacation rentals with lake access in Mueang Chiang Rai

Je is a very wonderful and friendly host. She personally greet us during check in and make sure everything is in place for us to have comfortable place. In addition, she recommend us a few local tourist spots and food. Her aunty restaurant, Ban Noi is just right next to the homestay and foods are delicious. I highly recommend her house for homestay in Chiang Rai 👍🏻👍🏻

A great place to stay, away from the buzzling city. Love the view by the lake in the morning. Woke up to beautiful sunrise view in the morning.

I spent a month here and it flew by too quickly. Highly recommend for short or long stays. The hosts Dr. Pong and Khun Apple have made any incredibly beautiful and comfortable experience. Every aspect has been thought through to make the stay enjoyable (think easy scooter rentals, amazing breakfasts, meals from their family restaurant delivered). Yes, you are connected to nature here, to the lizards, and birds and bugs, and it’s just wonderful. The room has three glass walls with screen windows, so if it’s cool you can open everything up and get surround sound bird calls fill the space. The gardens around the room, and the views of the lake are stunning. Sunsets A+. Great food for every meal. Lots of fun Chiang Rai adventures to be had (long neck Karen village, coffee shops, shopping). North Thailand has some air quality issues around Feb - mid April, but outside of that window, it’s wonderful. Would book again.

We recieved a very friendly welcome at the house by Je, the home is well set up & was a very comfortable stay for my family. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is very usable with plenty of equipment to cook a meal. I especially liked the filter coffee machine. My 3 year old daughter loved the big garden & we found it very handy to have the washing machine. Walking distance to a couple of cafes & 5 minute drive into the centre of Chiang Rai. A Magical Stay in a Mystical Setting This house has a truly magical, mystical quality that sets it apart from any other stay. The highlight for us was the area at the back—perfect for relaxing, connecting with nature, or even meditating in the serene surroundings. It’s an ideal spot to unwind and recharge. Do note that the property is a bit out of the way, so renting a car is highly recommended for ease of access. That said, the peaceful location is absolutely worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to escape, connect with nature, and embrace a bit of magic, this is it!
