Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Mueang Chiang Mai District

Amazing!!! We have stayed in probably 25 places in the last 2 months, and this was among our favourites. The room was spotless, the bedding was beautiful and very clean/new. The bathroom was extremely clean (which is very important to me). The amenities/shared space was incredible. Coffee, tea, toast and more!! It was very appreciated. Excellent location being only a 10 minute walk to the old quarter. Stores, cafes and markets nearby as well. We stayed 4 nights and we could have easily stayed 2 weeks! 10/10 recommend this place.

This is a really nice place to stay. We really appreciate the helpful hosts. When we arrived airport very late, they arranged transportation. When we got up very late in the "morning", we still enjoyed perfect "breakfast". Thank you very much for everything. We are also very sorry for we left earlier for some personal reasons. It was really a pity we cannot stay longer. We wish to see you in the near future and next time we would like to stay longer and experience more. Greetings from Jack & Carol

We had a wonderful stay at Chiang Moi House. It’s in such a great location tucked outside of the hustle of the old city and great little spots to discover. We stayed in 2 rooms both comfy and suitable. All basic needs are met and cleaning is offered daily. The staff at the front desk are so nice they really made the stay that much better. We booked a tour for a day through then that was great. I would stay here again next time. If there’s a suggestion I can make it’s that they send a messenger via air bnb welcoming guests with the exact name of the place along with address and directions. It would go a long way helping arriving guests find the place easier.

Vår vistelse i Chiang Mai hos Poppy var toppen! Boendet är härligt med underbar frukost och fantastisk pool. Det almänna köket utomhus var så mysigt och vi spenderade tid där och använde spelen som fanns tillgängliga. Poppys (och hennes mans) gästfrihet var enorm och vi fick mer hjälp än vad vi förväntat oss. Vi förlängde vår vistelse eftersom vi trivdes så bra. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka och rekommenderar detta boende till alla. ☺️

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Zimmer entspricht der Vorstellung, es war für 2 Personen ideal und es war sauber. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe vorbereitet. Es war eine große Freude, die Hosts kennenzulernen. Sie waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit & haben uns bei der Orientierung in der Umgebung geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Poppy war großartig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, den Pool hatten wir oft für uns allein. Auch das Café war sehr stilvoll. Flugzeuge fliegen regelmäßig über der Unterkunft vorbei. Die Frühstücksportionen hätten etwas größer sein können. Wir haben uns aber insgesamt sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

The place is still great to stay. Bazar market is 10min walk away Sunday market is 10min walk to the square. The staff are friendly in the building. Breakfast is great. Clean place. Nick is always reachable great host. I have stayed here 4 times and I recommend this place to stay.

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

Wasu & Nick are super welcoming and make you feel right at home. The area is quiet and peaceful with running water birds chirping to calm the mind. Delicious home-cooked breakfasts to choose from each morning. You can tell they care about you feeling accomodated and happy. Would absolutely stay here again. Central Chiang Mai can feel a bit hectic and stressful with all the traffic so this is a nice contrast to that where you can relax before starting the day. Definitely rent a scooter when living here as the trip to central Chiang Mai is 20-25 minutes and taxis might not be available 24/7.

Fantastic place to stay! Staff was awesome also! Location was great, and imo was super central to whatever you want to do in chiang mai. Would highly recommend staying here!

Joy is a wonderful host! She kindly picked us up & dropped us off at our next place. Joy had lots of water for us in the fridge, & put lots of treats & fruit out for us! The location is excellent, and an easy 5 minute walk to Chiang Mai Gate. The hot water & A/C worked great & the Wifi was ok. The bed linens were spotless, but there was a lot of dust around & the floors, toilet & mirrors etc. were quite dirty. I attempted to clean around the rim of the toilet, but it was stained enough I couldn't do it. There was no clutter in the room or the area upstairs where the rooms were, however there was a lot in the kitchen & living room due to the place having no cupboards. Unfortunately I think the large house is such a big job to look after that it's maybe a bit overwhelming for one person to handel.

Awesome spot for a stay in the jungle. Very peaceful and relaxing. Tough to get to, but if you assume it will be 1200baht to/from (even through ride share apps) then it's well worth the price. Good/fairly priced food.

If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!

超乎期待的完美入住体验！ 这次入住的房子真的让我感到宾至如归！房间干净整洁，布置得非常温馨，每一个细节都能感受到房东的用心。从舒适的床品到齐全的厨房设施，甚至连小物件都准备得很周到，完全超出预期！ 房东沟通超级及时且友好，从预订到退房都耐心解答问题。 如果再来清迈，一定会再次选择这里！强烈推荐给所有旅行者，选择这里绝对不会后悔～

非常漂亮的房子和院子，比图片漂亮。院子里种了各种各样的植物，美观的同时还能保护隐私，各个房间互不打扰。游泳池也很漂亮干净，贴的蓝色马赛克可以反射出五颜六色的光线，大约1.3米深，恒温，现在是冬天，下午和晚上都可以游，孩子们很喜欢。房东还准备了大游泳圈和浮板，大人可以用。室内很干净，我喜欢卫生间的装潢，两面墙壁是水泥，一面墙壁是仿石砖图案的瓷砖，地板用了另一种仿石头的瓷砖拼出菱形；窗户开得很高，没有玻璃、只有窗纱，非常通风。房主和太太很好，很热情。

吃的很好 住的也很好 厕所OK 房间空调风扇都有 被子稍微有点薄 可能因为穿短裤 楼下的服务满分💯 下次来至少定五天 而且每天都要吃早饭 Ps 餐食味道很不错 就是面有点硬 有点梗不动 但是味道是可以的 拌饭大拌特拌
