Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Heinz is friendly and goes out of his way to delight you. The house is large, very clean and centrally located. A super location with a large garden. Communication is always fast and clear. Absolutely recommended!!

A great, superbly equipped apartment where nothing is lacking. The place to live is a great starting point to do something in many directions. We were a group of 9 friends for a long weekend in the accommodation and were completely satisfied. The apartment met our expectations, was clean and well maintained and the most important things were available. For everything else, shopping is within easy reach. We liked the layout of the rooms and the detached location of the house very much. We had few complaints about the place itself, but Bad Bertrich also has nice restaurants, cafes and pubs. In addition, communication with Dennis, the owner of the house, was very pleasant and accommodating. We can therefore only recommend the place and would come back.

We spent a fantastic weekend in Strohn in the perfectly equipped and clean stay of Janina and Andreas. The location is wonderfully quiet and fantastically beautiful with the yellow rapeseed fields, the glowing landscape, the lakes, forests and walks. In the cottage itself, everything was perfectly in order and well equipped for 6 adults.

The cozy country house on the wooded estate with its rich history ensure an almost timeless stay. The location in the Eifel Volcano offers many opportunities for excursions, swimming in one of the Maaren, hiking among remains of volcanic activity. It was unfortunate to have to leave.
