Gemünden Castle is a former castle from the 13th century, which was converted for residential purposes during the Baroque period. The manor house offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups up to 12 adults up to 12 adults. 16 people can be accommodated in 5 double beds and on good mattresses. In addition, the building offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with open fireplace. 1 small salon. 1 large kitchen, 1 library, 1 TV room, 1 sauna for 8 people.

Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Our place is close to beautiful meadows and hills, ideal for relaxing, hiking, going offline.... You'll love our Lydi-Hütt' because of the location, because of the little something extra, and the surroundings of our beautiful Vogelsberg. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

The rooms are tiled, the bedroom is covered with laminate. A new fitted kitchen has been installed in the living/dining area. The living space is 34 square meters. The apartment is centrally located in Hesse. Shopping facilities are available or can be reached in the adjacent village by car or bike.

Tranquility island in the Vogelsberg

Simple little cottage with a covered terrace and small garden in rustic style. They are alone on the property, and check-in is also contactless. The house is heated with a pellet stove, which must be sucked out and filled (we will be happy to take care of this for you). Use of the hot tub is not part of this listing, but can be requested optionally on site. The pool is set up from April to September and covered so some sun protection is guaranteed.

Enjoy long summer days in the garden on the large sun terrace - surrounded by greenery and a large lavender field. This attracts crowds of butterflies and bumblebees in summer. In the cold season, make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace, in the brand new infrared sauna or by the campfire.

All rooms with kitchen and bathroom can be fully used. In the vicinity you will find great hiking routes, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinguished volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt cave is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).

Our apartment in Wittelsberg, a quiet place in the Ebsdorfergrund, is located directly by the forest and invites you to take long walks. Nearby are the Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen and the historic university town of Marburg (12 km). For maximum flexibility, a car is recommended. A charging station for electric cars (11 kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price is including final cleaning.
