Highly recommended—perfect for a family getaway, business trip, or a peaceful retreat! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. My family and I truly loved the place—it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The space was neatly organized, spotless, and set in a calm, clean environment. The rooms were well-ventilated and equipped with air conditioning, making our stay very comfortable. The ambiance was serene and welcoming. Customer service was outstanding—Babra was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Thank you so much!

Villa by the Beach was all that we expected and more. The pictures matched our expectations. The space was very clean with neat bedding and towels. Having travelled with family, it was very family friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor space for early mornings and in the afternoons. The staff were great too. Maikel was very responsive and supportive. Jason and the security guy were also very professional and helpful. We surely enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend Villa by the Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sylvia's place. The place is family-friendly and my kids were all over the place especially on the outside balcony porch. The house keeper came in every two days to tidy up. The place is quiet and very safe and peaceful. The place matched her description and the provided photos. The proximity of the place to the beach is a good thing. The only dissatisfaction was the bathroom door had not been repaired when we checked in and during our stay,and it brought some inconveniences. Also, there are no shops /supermarkets around the place. I recommend this place to anyone.Thank you for hosting us. We look forward to our next visit.

Words are not enough for this place , the place is just amazing with the beach to the house and the pool . The kitchen is fully equipped , the pool is amazing and the beach is perfect . I already want to go back and enjoy the place again ! Must visit !!!

I recently stayed at Ruqia’s place for two nights and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, Ruqia was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and she made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the essentials, and some thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and I had no trouble getting around thanks to Ruqia’s local tips. I really appreciated her quick communication and her kindness throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area, and I’d happily book again in the future. Tina’s house is simply beautiful, probably the best location at Vipingo Ridge and a 5 minute walk to the Sundowner bar. The house is well furnished and the staff, particularly Marietta was excellent. We were also fortunate to have a chef, Ngowa who we would recommend if you book the villa. The golf course is one of the best in Kenya, but never busy and we played lots of padel tennis. We had a great holiday - thanks Tina - you were very helpful throughout our stay.

Chris is a gentleman who has helped me with helpful information every time I've approached him. The house was handed over to me and kept clean every day by his assistant, Clara, a polite woman. His location in Nyali is excellent, near supermarkets, churches, downtown, etc. The compound is calm, we can hear the birds singing, and fresh air is circulating in every house room. Also important is a 24-hour security guard in the compound on 7/7. I will stay at Chris' house again next time I visit Mombasa.

Bernice is a fantastic and highly responsive host - she made my stay smooth and enjoyable. The property is just a short walk from the beach with stunning ocean views from the rooftop pool. Despite some nearby construction, the atmosphere remains peaceful and relaxing. I had a wonderful experience and am definitely looking forward to returning!

Chichii has a beautiful Morden apartment with AC. It has spaces rooms with modern showers. This place is absolutely stunning with the swimming pool and gym downstairs. A short distance walk to the shopping mall. I’d recommend this place 1000%

Leah's home is so amazing, you will not want to leave. Felt right at home and also she was available to respond to any questions about the area. The place is close to everything you will need, and the view of the beach, heavenly!

I love this bnb! this was my 2nd stay and won't be the last. whenever am traveling to mombasa this is my go to spot. the bnb is beautiful the decor is kool unique and stylish . the seller is the view!! it's what really draws me there each time. loaded with amenities pretty much everything you can think of is there. very comfortable sofa seating and bed. I literally have no complaints the only thing that could make it better is if it was in a more happening area but it's easy to get around with ubers. the host is amazing she always gets back to me with any concerns and rectified them. she definitely takes wanting us to have a good experience serious. pro tip . there is a store nearby on called food plus where you can get cases of water, snacks and even food stuff for cooking. the big thing is there is also a pharmacy and atm in that same Plaza. good to know because there is not an atm at the premises where you'll stay. cash is king.

The apartment and location was comfy and as described. Louise’s communication was excellent. I didn’t explore the local area too much. The security are on point and make you feel safe.

Another amazing stay at Aqua Apartments in Mombasa! I stayed from June 3 to June 6, and as always, everything was perfect. The location is great, close to everything I need, with a beautiful ocean view that never gets old. I’ve been here multiple times — this has become my go-to spot whenever I’m in Mombasa. Willis is an excellent host — always responsive, professional, and makes sure everything is in order for a smooth and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The stay was amazing! Very clean, tidy and walking distance to the beach. The host was very helpful and helped us out through our late night check-in. I highly recommend this stay and will definitely visit again when in Mombasa.

My family and I loved staying at James' property, he was very friendly, very responsive, provided clear instructions so we had no challenges finding the place or accessing it, and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times which worked great for our travel schedule. The property was great, felt like home and was well worth it.
