A lovely stay at Gvantsa and Tamta's place. It's on the ground floor so there's not much sunlight, but the apartment has different lights that you can use. The apartment is very spacious and colorfully decorated. It's located in quiet neighborhood that is easily walkable. There were some minor areas for improvement, but it did not significantly affect our experience here. Communication was fast and easy.

Lovely, Cozy Apartment in the City Center

Ereckle’s place was great - exactly as described. Cute and cozy located within a private courtyard. It was really nice to have a blow dryer and iron. Location was fantastic! Only thing to note is that the home is up the hill from the metro, something to consider if you have mobility issues. Ereckle was a very hospitable host and helped us carry our luggage. We would definitely stay here again!

Questo appartamento era perfetto per il mio soggiorno. L'interno dell'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole ed era anche dotato di una connessione internet veloce e affidabile. I proprietari dell'appartamento sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Consiglierei senza esitazione questo piccolo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un luogo confortevole e conveniente in cui soggiornare.

Cosy home with a garden

This is a very peaceful place to stay, with an abundance of natural light. It is set far enough back from the road that I was not at all bothered by traffic noise, although I could occasionally detect it. I enjoyed being high up the side of the valley, and taking the stairs down to the main shopping areas in Vake and back up again, thereby avoiding the route down Shatberashvili Street. (There are buses on Shatberashvili if preferred.) On the rare occasion that I needed to interact with the host, she was always responsive, helpful, and friendly. Note that in winter it can feel cold in the bathroom, and the shower is a bit basic (but effective). Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Centrally Located sunny Apartment

Большое спасибо хозяйке Тамар и ее супругу. Дружелюбные и всегда готовые помочь хозяева. Угостили хачапури и сладостями 1 января, а потом еще и домашним борщом, который оказался изумительно вкусным. Жилье расположено в пешей доступности от самого оживленного проспекта (и метро) - Руставели. Однозначно рекомендую!

房东人非常好，回复很快，我们晚上十一点多到房东还在等我们。房间很大，设施齐全，非常方便，卫生很干净，离老城也很近，步行十几分钟可达。但入口有点点难找，如果要入住，确保随时和房东保持联系。

Снимаем здесь во второй раз. В этот раз прожили две недели. По плюсам Расположение очень удачное, многие туристические места в пешей доступности. Квартира просторная, белье чистое; ТВ, кондиционер работают хорошо. Отдельный выход на улицу. По минусам. Окно из спальни - выходит во двор, где шумные соседи ужинают по ночам, либо занимаются уборкой. Горячая вода - так и не разобрались как сделать так, чтобы горячая вода была не пять минут, а немного дольше. Возможно хозяин знает ответ, но мы беспокоить не стали. И по рекомендациям - купите в апартаменты пару винных фужеров. Иногда хочется выпить вина дома, но не из чайных кружек. В целом остались довольны и рекомендую для жилья.

I was at Shalva's place during what was a record heatwave in Georgia and the place was still so comfortable and even cool with the AC, I couldn't even tell. Location is super convenient. Can walk to central train station or the metro and there are lots of buses around. Shalva and his wife are also super helpful and willing to quickly help you out. Highly recommend!

Devi's place is as described in the listing. The house is new and provided everything we needed comfortably during our short stay. The views of the valley, hills, and forest were a delight, with fabulous autumn colors. The only sounds that accompanied us were of the river and birds. This listing definitely gives your money's worth.

Квартира находится на 3 этаже старого питерского дома, пережившего блокаду. Рядом остановка метро "Фрунзенская". Александра быстро отвечала на вопросы, все подробно объяснила. Нас встретила Наталья, мама Александры- приветливая милая женщина. С ней проживают 2 любопытных кошки. Можно пользоваться кухней. Останавливались на 2 дня, все было хорошо.

Отдыхали неделю в начале апреля, немного не повезло с погодой, были дожди, но это не помешало отлично отдохнуть!!! Двумя семьями, 5 человек, можно смело 8☺️ Расположение удобное, до старой части недалеко. Рядом магазин и пекарни. Короче говоря все что нужно есть. Дом большой, отличная лоджия, летом вообще кайф! Советую вызывать такси именно по адресу, а не по локации, а то такси приедет со стороны двора, а там тупик и негде развернуться, таксисты ругаются. И аккуратно с деревом перед домом, ветка растет параллельно земле, на уровне головы, можно сильно удариться в темное время суток. А так пожаловаться не на что. Грузия замечательная страна, обязательно вернемся еще раз!!!!!🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

Exceptional Stay in Tbilisi! We stayed in several properties around Tbilisi, but this one truly stood out. From its stunning location to its thoughtful design, every aspect of this home exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views of Tbilisi, paired with the beautiful garden, made for a breathtaking wake-up scene. The interior was curated with love, you can see that! What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the warmth and hospitality of our host, Svetlana. From the moment we booked to our departure, she treated us like family. Her thoughtful gestures, including homemade breakfast, cappuccinos, and even a New Year's Eve cake, left us feeling grateful and pampered. Svetlana's kindness in offering us a late check-out to accommodate our evening flight was truly appreciated! We wholeheartedly recommend this incredible property to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Svetlana is a true Superhost, and we feel fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting her.

Отличное жилье , отличное месторасположение все в пешей доступности . Хозяин доброжелательный, когда обнаружили что фен не рабочий то принесли другой через 5-7 мин , но оказалось что наш рабочий😅 Даже нитки оказались т.к у меня оторвалась ручка от сумки они очень меня выручили 👌 Мы очень довольны. Спасибо большое , будем в Тбилиси снова снимем это жилье 👏
