Vikendica se u prizmelju sastoji od moderno uređenog dnevnog boravka, kuhinje i blagavaonice, kupatila, finske saune i jakuzzi-ja. Soba sa 2 mala kreveta te jednim bračnim krevetom smještena je na katu vikendice iz kojeg se prostire najljepši pogled na Plivsko Jezero. Izvan vikendice nalazi se pergola sa mjestom za sjedenje.
