The villa is located in the center between the Tonnara di Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve, both of which are about 500 meters away.

The dome offers an outdoor hot tub, barbecue, terrace, and shaded pergola. The dome is located in a Special Protection Area (SPA) along the bird migration routes. It can be reached via a dirt road, sports cars are not recommended.
