Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

La Pointe Windmill Tower

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
