Large 18th century family home renovated with lots of charm in the heart of the village of Mouthier-Haute-Pierre. 4 large rooms on two floors tastefully decorated including three with private bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor you will find a well equipped luxurious designer kitchen, dining room, two living rooms with fireplaces and a bar, a canopy and separate toilet. You access the house through a small flowery courtyard and its turret . Bucolic garden with terrace and barbecue in the back.

Small chalet by a private pond ideal for couples with or without children in which you can have a good time and fish (free because there are a lot of water lilies in the flowering period). On the ground floor, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs: 1 dressing room and 2 sleeping areas: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. Outside, a beautiful terrace with large table, heating umbrella and barbecue.

It is a village house, dating from 1780 that we renovated keeping the spirit of the time: French ceiling, Tuff stone fireplace, wooden floors, rustic style. This makes it a warm, family, and comfortable place to stay. The valley of the Loue is an ideal site for lovers of nature and sports such as mountain biking, trail, climbing, fishing, hiking... In winter cross-country skiing, Alpine skiing, snowshoes, 20 or 30 minutes depending on the resort.
