When Dylan Thomas honeymooned in Mousehole he called it ''the loveliest village in England''. The Cottage is cute, cosy and comfortable - ideally situated just a few minutes walk to the Harbour. Perfect for a lazy Spring or Summer break or curl up by the wood burner during cooler months. And with all the little extras to make your stay truly memorable

The Old Steam House

The Old Steam House (originally built to house a vintage steam-powered car) has been newly converted into a gorgeous, detached, architect designed 1 bedroom property, set in the mature garden of a large Victorian house. The granite building is light and airy with large south-facing windows, high ceilings, wood burner, kingsize bed, excellent shower and underfloor heating throughout. We are a 2 minute walk to the village shops and pub. We have fibre cable to the premises so very fast Wi-Fi!

From the interesting antiques, to the cool, muted decor (think sea greys and cloud whites), this is a home away from home that is both cosy and tranquil. Located in pretty Mousehole, the most quintessential of fishing villages, you have everything you need right on your doorstep - safe, sandy beach, great places to eat and drink, unique galleries and shops and the SW Coastal Path.

Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!

April Cottage is one of the oldest traditional cottages in West Cornwall and located a stones throw from Mousehole harbour. Tucked away on a quiet side road the cottage is a perfect place to escape and relax.
