Private terrace with garden furniture (lounge chairs, parasol..). Relaxation, walks in the woods, through fields, swimming, sightseeing... Noisette is situated in the Combrailles (Puy-de-Dome). Equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, hair dryer, linen, washing machine, elec. coffee maker, gas stove & oven, cozy bedding.. Parking. Small dogs ok.

This apartment "Le Puy-de-DÔME, located on the ground floor, offers 61 m² of modern comfort. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV and a large bay window overlooking a private terrace of 15 m² with direct access to the garden. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the 1st floor.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

Delta Cottage of 60m² with terrace and Private Spa

The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.

This 10-person loft offers all the comforts you'll need. You can fully enjoy the HOT TUB consisting of a Jacuzzi and a sauna, a pool table to entertain you. The loft has 4 bedrooms with 5 king size beds. Kitchen is equipped with a US refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Tassimo), kettle, toaster. This sturdy, stylish accommodation is perfect for a nice overnight stay. The gîte is equipped with all necessary amenities. If you want to use breakfast, that is possible, you can book this. Outside you can enjoy the sun terrace, with a view over the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).
