"Le Coeur de Marguerite" has been converted into a cottage in the heart of the Combrailles in an old barn. On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living space with access to the kitchen area and the bathroom, upstairs, a sleeping area with beds in alcoves. This accommodation is close to the Sioule (at the bottom of the property), the Queuille meander, Châteauneuf-les-Bains and its thermal baths, Vulcania in the Chaine des Puys and many other possibilities for visits and activities.

Built on an old feudal mound, the house can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. The house was completely renovated from 2007 to 2014. In 2019, a new phase of work allowed the creation of additional rooms: a bathroom for children, a large living room and a 4th bedroom with private bathroom on the ground floor. Maison France 5 devoted a short report to it on 12/06/19 The furniture, decor and dishes have been collected and bring charm and authenticity.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV. The owners put their large garden at your disposal to relax in the heart of nature. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the ground floor.

We are committed to hosting you in a comfortable yurt, the cleaning of the yurt and sanitary facilities is neat; a kitchen area is at your disposal, it is open to the outside.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new place. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from a restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).
