Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Great place to stay and felt like a home a away from home. I appreciated all the thoughtful touches! As a cook, I loved having olive oil, fresh coffee and quality tea, fresh ground salt and pepper, and basic quality spices like cumin and cinnamon. Loved the quality cookware as well. Well done and appreciated. The screened in back patio is a must in the summer in Texas. My partner and I loved it. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was very nice, super cozy, and felt just like home. The kitchen was amazing—fully stocked with everything you’d need to start cooking right away. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I would absolutely love to come back again whenever I’m in town.

Perfect for our 1 night stay. Home had all the essentials to be comfortable for a brief stay with a small group. Nice, quiet neighborhood that was easy to access from I-35.

They really did think of everything! This house was comfortable and inviting. Our kids loved the pool! The kitchen had everything needed to make meals, bathrooms were clean and stocked, and the beds/ bedding were very comfortable. 100% would stay here again

This is what i mean by dog friendly & prices to match. Owner doesnt nickel & dime you if there happens to be dog fur ( happened to me before) No hidden fees or extra costs with this owner. Plus she's super responsive & friendly as well. Great location & very efficient
