Lithea is located in the picturesque village of Xinara, just 10' away from the port. It offers a unique experience of calm holidays for those who want to experience the hinterland of the island and its special beaches. The village is still quiet the whole year round and is located very close to the town of the island. The house consists of a traditional "Katoi" level, ground floor and first floor and has large terraces / balconies on each floor as well as a garden to which there is direct access to the bedrooms.

Το Damaskini’s House είναι ένα σπίτι ηλικίας άνω των 200 ετών, το οποίο έχει ανακαινιστεί πληρως και με πολυ μεράκι. Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις.
