Ocean and mountain views from the back patio with great sun exposure. Very quiet, friendly neighbourhood within walking distance to all local amenities. The town boat launch is only 2 min away and mountain bike / downhill trails only 5 min. Two local golf courses in the area. Marble River and Alice Lake are on your way in to Port Alice and we highly recommend visiting them. Side Bay is accessible through Port Alice. The Space - completely private - Outdoor Pool opening July/aug 9am/9pm

This cottage is a separate building which is situated on the same property as the owners. Although this is a small cottage it has a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom, one double bed and a fold out couch, There is also a semi private patio for your use. Sorry NO TV but I offer FREE wifi. Please note * BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. Please read entire listing BEFORE booking! Adult orientated only. I have a NO kids and NO pet policy . For all the skier or the guest that want to ski or hike Mt Washington it is only a short 40 min.drive away. Our suite is in our primary residence.
