Quiet, authentic FoPo neighborhood near many delicious and affordable restaurants, bars, dispensaries, and food carts. Borrow bikes to access the Hawthorne, Division, Woodstock and Belmont areas within 15 minutes. All are welcome. LGBTQ+ friendly. 420 friendly. Owner is comfortable communicating with internationals of all English abilities.

Eclectic cottage & sauna bath house/SE Portland

This cottage is a rustic bohemian experience. There is a queen bed and a sleeping loft which is good for kids accessed via a built in ladder (one bed and one ikea double mat (great for kids) in total). Cottage has a kitchenette in the main room where the bed is. There is an OUTDOOR shower/bath and sauna which is incredible in the fall and winter! Inside the cottage there is small bathroom which is in fact down right tiny (not for big folks) wood stove/ oil heater/ac. no smoking allowed.

The apartment is a short walk to public transit to airport and downtown MAX line. GREAT FOR: Couples or individuals looking for a quite relaxing stay. Unusually quiet and private for Portland. No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

Mt.Tabor park 1-block away. Dogs welcome! 50” UHD TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime included. We have a PLEX media server with lots of movies and shows. A 4K HDMI cable is provided for your gaming console, Blu-Ray player, or HDMI-equipped media player/streaming device.

Modern urban guest house + sauna

Our guest house is a completely private space, accessible by an outdoor walkway, and has an outdoor patio. We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, full kitchen, bathroom, a bed alcove with a comfy queen mattress and soft bedding and lots of extra touches. Our 335 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland.

I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 25 years.
