Had a fantastic two weeks stay here! It's a nice little private apartment in a quiet neighborhood that's close to the DC metro, and numerous shopping centers. Lisa was very attentive and accommodating for duration of my stay. 5/5

Spacious, modern studio minutes from DC!

AdamRating, 5 stars4 months ago
After my hotel cancelled my reservation, I needed a place to stay. It was 9 PM and there were no available hotels. Luckily, Michelle accepted my request in minutes and got the place ready by 11 PM. She saved my whole conference trip!! Michelle is super helpful and responsive, and a has a very nice studio on top of that. I had a great time and will be visiting again soon.

Suite in the City

ArianaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
I stayed for 3.5 months, and I recommend this place. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the metro, which sits on the red and green lines. Having access to both red and green is super convenient to get around the city. This place is in a residential area with lots of young families with children. People are often out and about walking their dogs or pushing their kids in strollers, so I felt pretty safe, even as a young woman. It’s still a city, of course, so I would minimize walking around late at night. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Aldi and 20 minutes to Walmart. There aren’t a ton of restaurants in the area, but that’s because it’s a neighborhood. You can easily ride the metro and have access to any restaurant you want. It’s super easy to get from the airport to the area as well. You just take the yellow line to the end of the line, switch to green, and take it to Fort Totten. Then, it’s a 15 minute walk. Overall, I really didn’t have any issues, and Tyrone was quite responsive.
